What a bunch of idi*ts, worst ever customer service after they sent the wrong parts. They kept changing excuses and came up with all of them to get out of refunding me or sending me the part i actually ordered. Just a typical ebay rip off company. Buy a fridge part and receive a lollipop.

Needed a kick plate for my cooker, wowdiscount, via ebay, asked for a photo of kick plate and identity information off the cooker, both sent. They sent a link to what they told me was the correct part for my cooker, I ordered it in good faith. My cooker went into storage for 4 months. The item arrived, I opened the top of the box, the part looked the same. Got the cooker out of storage, the item was too small. Wow discount sold me the wrong item, them item is not fit for purpose, and they have refused to do anything about it because the 28 day return had expired, wasted £38.

There are too many problems to list. The item was not described properly, dimensions were not added. The item was packaged in a box 4 times too big, so returning the product cost me over £5. The item seems very flimsy compared to the product it was replacing. Return label details were so small the post office had trouble reading it. Would not recommend this company.

First of all I hope something will be done about this! WoW discounts sent me two LAMONA fridge bottle holders that were the wrong size. I contacted them by phone twice, for which they charged a fee. I emailed them asking them to send me a free label so that I can return the item to them and also issue me a REFUND. They replied saying that they will be in touch within 24hours. I waited 48hrs, emailed them back and heard nothing, twice. I have the emails as proof. This has now been ONE month, still heard nothing. Please help to put out the Word to EBay and Amazon so they will not USE this unprofessional, despicable Company again, EVER!

I've been ripped off also by Wow. I ordered X, they sent Y. They ignore my emails asking for a return. I did all this through Amazon UK (who should not allow them to trade on the site). Can someone advise how to contact Amazon to get them to intervene?

Absolutely awful service. ordered replacement door/flap for Beko fridge freezer. The product description says it fits the model and it doesn't. Now I have to pay to return the item! It's nearly half the cost of the item itself. No email address provided to supply the information they want to issue a refund. I will NEVER use this company again. I have also complained to Amazon.

Ordered an item off Ebay with Wow Discounts and they delivered the wrong item. I emailed straight away with no response. Telephone number doesn't work and they have since declined my refund via Ebay. Shocking service.

The item bought through the Amazon .tracking number provide 48h should arrive..after 10 days item not arrived..seams like they never send it..and we are base in the same city..SCAMERS..!!

Awful customer service. Bought a filter on Amazon which had the incorrect connector - 2 instead of 3. Had to get Amazon involved to sort out the issue which was resolved instantly.
Would not recommend Wow Discounts for future purchases.

I spent £48 on a Miele hoover head through their retail page on eBay. It has broken 9 months later. I asked for another one to be sent out and they said their warranty only covered 1 month. Considering how expensive this hoover head is, I would expect better service! Note to self: buy from the site proper next time.

Ordered a part for my dishwasher through Amazon . After 4 months the part failed so contacted them as it had a 6 month warranty which by the way doesnt mean anything to this company . They kept asking me for the engineers report which i did not give them as the part was defective after 4 months of use . They stopped communicating with me after i sent them several emails . Thankfully Amazon ended up dealing with it on my behalf and i recieved a full refund from Amazon. Avoid WOWDISCOUNTS LIKE THE PLAGUE

Sent item back with tracking provided. They received the item a week ago but refuse to refund, whilst falsely claiming refund in progress.
Course it is.
Having to work with PayPal for refund.

You are fine if you get your order. if you have problems with the order you have a big problem. They are rude and horrible to the customers.

I can only speak for myself on a good experience with this company I asked them a question about my old Miele vacuum cleaner it there part would fit mine the next day I received the answer that it would ,ordered it through Amazon two days later it arrived very pleased with it.The part was the floor cleaner and it was £6 cheaper than anyone else very pleased.?

Put order and was immediately debit to my bank account and product not shipped, they gave me a tracking nbr which is no good. I have emailed them 3 times and no response. I think these products are shipped from overseas so they get away
with stealing from people online and getting away with it. Why doe fb allow them to advertise.

Sent item back for a refund over three weeks ago and still waiting. They don't answer Ebay messages, waste of time and money

Returned an electric fire for £160 refund. Even EBay don't want to know. Sent e-mails but just keep fobbing me off.
DO NOT deal with these thieves.

Please do not deal with these people ordered a freezer front draw arrived broken, so I returned item but can't get refund or replacement part. 2and rate company also Amazon.
