My goods arrived quickly
My goods arrived quickly. Unfortunately the box was badly damaged when it arrived. On opening a couple of bags of puffs a lot of them were damaged. After a message to them a good result was agreed. Will definitely use them again x

I haven’t received my order for more than a week, after I tried to contact them several times, they refund me without answering and explaining where is my order. Not even today I haven’t got a response from them. They wasted my time.

Rather than keep you waiting without clarity, we decided to issue a full refund proactively.

After placing the order and receiving confirmation, I then received a refund email with no explanation whatsoever. Crap communication, would not recommend.
