It just works - superb!
This is one of those pieces of software that just works. I've used it for many years it provides seamless integration between my Woocommerce store and my eBay site. Add product(s) on Woo, click a button/bulk select, it's on eBay with centralised stock management and synchronised orders across both sites. I really can't fault it and whenever I've needed help my emails are answered within minutes. Superb!

After reviewing our records from a year ago, we noticed that some support requests weren't reaching our team due to technical issues with our contact form, including occasional email address typos that prevented us from sending responses. plugin cost me more than what it is worth!
Not only I pay for the plugin, every time a product is listed I get charged by eBay $.30 I have over 5000 products, that is lots of money to be charged.
The reason for the charges is inserting a second category, even though I only have one category. eBay will charge the .30 even if I revise the listing right after I list it on eBay, WP=Lap support is useless no help what so ever

I'd like to clarify that the $0.30 insertion fees are standard eBay marketplace fees charged directly by eBay, not by our plugin. These fees apply regardless of which tool you use to list items (including eBay's own interface). The "second category" issue you mentioned might be related to how eBay's API processes category information, even when only one category is selected.
For sellers with large inventories like yours (5000+ items), I recommend exploring eBay's store subscription options, which can significantly reduce insertion fees - sometimes to as low as $0.05 per listing or even free for a monthly subscription fee.
I apologize that our support team wasn't able to effectively explain this distinction.

Brilliant for Synching and Fantastic Support
I struggled for months running an Ebay and Web Commerce site, until I was told about these apps. They are simply marvellous and allow me to run both shops not fretting about stock levels.
I ran into a glitch and sent off a request for help. I was amazed at the helpful speedy response that got me sorted out (due to my tech levels and not the app).
Highly recommended!

I put a problem and after you said that it was a woocommerce problem it was a WP lister pro for ebay bug... The helpdesk works great, but i think when the problem comes between connectors, is useful that you speak with the developer of the other product, not the client have to do this

Double Charged Me but Great Support Response
Tried to purchase plugins and it said my card didn't work. So I purchased again, the same thing again, so I called my bank and tried to get ahold of WP Lab, they refunded the purchase within 1 hour and were able to explain what happened with the checkout bug and promised to fix it. Looking forward to a better experience.

Fantastic Company with Exceptional Employees
First of all WP-Lister and Import from eBay to WooCommerce is a godsend. These two plugins make it simple transfer listings from eBay to your website or upload products from your website to eBay. It also makes inventory control between the two so easy. If an item sells out on my website, the software automatically cancels the listing on eBay and vice versa. It takes the worry out of inventory control between two platforms. Additionally, the customer support is second to none. More specifically, John M, a "Happy Software Engineer" at WP Lab has gone over and above to help me when ever I have a question or concern. John takes the time to point me in the right direction and does it with a great attitude. I truly appreciate his expertise and can do attitude. He definitely needs a big pay raise! Thanks again John and the great team at WP Labs for the fantastic product and customer service.
