It's difficult to sync
It is a little difficult with the listings in woocomerce and sync. For a beginner like me it's difficult. More videos tutorials may help. And maybe you make it more automat.

Exceeded product but needs lots of training
I have purchased the eBay and Amazon lister. Both work well, but take a huge amount of work to get it to function correctly. One big suggestion for improvement is to help the user define each field and it’s links to what you see on the respective marketplaces.

Awesome software and support!
We have been using WPLab for Amazon and eBay for years. It’s a great product and always improving. Their tech support is top notch as well. You won’t find a better Amazon or eBay listing package. We know because we have tried them all and no one matches the capabilities and support provided by WPLab.

Great software and awesome customer support
As website developers, we have been using WP-Lister Pro for eBay and Amazon and both are fantastic products. We had a customer enter the incorrect info during product purchase and the support team were quick to help us rectify the issue, allowing us to proceed.

Quality Wordpress Plugins
Have been using their WP Lister platform for eBay for a year+ now and the team have been extremely helpful when I have run into any issues, and the programming/plugin itself has been built robustly and is being updated regularly.

Great software
Great software, would recommend. I have used a few in the past, but wp-labs overall seem to work best with Amazon. Why didnt I give it 5 stars, well simply because the attitude of support is that the customer has always done something wrong when things dont work

I'm glad you find our plugins useful, but I could you give me the ticket number of a conversation where you had the feeling that we implied that you were to blame? I'm sorry if we gave that impression, that's one of the drawbacks of written communication, but I'm sure nobody here meant to blame a customer when something doesn't work as expected.
We are here to help with whatever problems you might encounter with our products, and if anything doesn't work out then I would say the fault is either with the plugin or with the documentation (which does indeed leave room for improvement) - or even with the support. But I can assure you that we are trying to continuously improve all of those.

I'm sorry for your experience, but this has nothing to do with us. As I already explained with all the details according to Stripe, your credit card information has already been in circulation before you made that payment on our site, so the only thing I can recommend is to report your card as stolen/leaked to your bank to avoid any further incidents.
We have never ever taken any money from anyone who didn't give it voluntarily, nor have we ever refused to issue a refund to anyone, not even after 6 months after their purchase. We don't want a single unhappy customer, which is why we would never try to force anyone to do anything against their will.
Of course, your payment with us has been refunded. But I cannot refund any additional payments that were not placed on our site.

Used it for a long time and still happy
I've been using this plugin for more than 5 years now and I'm very happy with it. it may not be supported for advanced usage straight out of the box, but it's a powerful tool and guys behind the scenes will help you to get some advanced features if you need them. really great support. FAST and CLEAR. and by clear I mean these guys will help you to understand the problems you're having and will explain the solutions. and that's pretty much all what you will need from customer service. there is a reason why they're being called Happiness Engineer. in Ebay feedback style it would be said "Recommended Seller A++++++++..."

Excellent plugin
Excellent plugin that only occasionally has hiccups, but they always have first rate service to help me fix those hiccups when they occur. Has helped us integrate ebay into our webstore with relative ease.

Saved Thousands Of Hours In eBay / Amazon Product And Order Management
We've worked with WP Lab for both WP eBay lister and WP Amazon lister for several years now. Their service and technical support are top notch. The plugin is completely customizable down to the necessary details needed when listing a wide array of products.
Sufficed to say, their products have saved our team several thousand hours (at least) of data integrity and order management issues. Their plugins allowed us to centralize our sales management of orders between three sales channels (Web, eBay, and Amazon) to the Woocommerce dashboard.
I cannot say enough about their software, and their service is top notch when we run into issues. Thank you for all that you do!

WP-Lister was built to enable you to manage all your sales channels from one central dashboard, one which you have complete control over and which can be customised according to your specific needs. Sometimes that might require a bit of custom coding, or adding integration hooks for other developers, but we do our best to get even rare use cases to work satisfactory.
Worked as described. Easy set up. Fast support.
Purchased and installed WP Lister for Ebay, WooCommerce. Our client is using it just to import orders from 3 eBay stores to WooCommerce so they can do all order processing from one place. Worked as described out of the box. Connection to our stores was simple. It works.
We also required a customization to revise currencies on the orders to USD after import. I contacted support and they wee able to recommend a solution within hours.

Thanks, Tzvi, you are very welcome. Of course, we gladly recommend other plugins, like a currency switcher plugin we know to work well with WP-Lister. But even if some third party plugin does not work correctly with WP-Lister right away we should be able to make it work, unless it is something that can only be fixed in the other plugin.
Great Plugins with Great Support
We have been using WP Labs for both Amazon and eBay for many years now, we realise these are both complex plugins but they work brilliantly for our business and save us hundreds of man hours per year. We also realise software is only as good as its support and I would go as far to say WP labs possibly has the best support out there. John will always answer us within a few hours ( depending on time difference) and usually we will have a resolution straight after.

Great products brilliant support
The Ebay lister pro and amazon lister pro are excellent plugins full of features that we use for our client's websites.
As an agency it's important to know that if you use a product for a client that it delivers and if you need support it's there.
The WP Lab team is always on hand to answer questions, provide guidance or help to fix problems if they occur.
