As complete novices, Wren took us under their wing and guided us from the design of our kitchen to final installation with no detail left out. The project ran to schedule in the predicted 3 weeks and we were informed every step of the way about who/when and what was happening next. Everything was delivered on time and there was great communication between Wren, the fitter and the quartz providers. Fitting was to a high standard and all queries dealt with quickly and professionally.

Excellent kitchen design and installation service all-around. 1)Free measuring service -surveyor attended on time and was very polite and extremely thorough in measuring and drawing a plan, my property is Victorian era with barely a right-angle in sight and uneven walls, despite this the plan was extremely accurate and allowed me to confidently design a kitchen to meet my requirements. 2)Showroom appointment- staff really polite, helpful, and knowledgeable and put me at the forefront of the design process. With their guidance and helpful design suggestions I felt completely in control of all the decisions that allowed me to select my dream kitchen. Within a couple of hours I had completed my kitchen design, this included viewing the showroom, selecting units/worktops/appliances/details etc, sitting with a designer to create a 3D render, and viewing my kitchen in VR! At no point did I ever feel pressurised or under duress to hurriedly complete this process and agree to a sale, it was all very relaxed and focussed heavily on getting it right for you the customer. 3)Delivery -this occurred one week prior to installation, I was allotted an AM delivery time and then the delivery drivers called ahead with an updated hourly slot. They arrived on time and delivered everything into my preferred space. Please be aware that a large area is required to store the kitchen as any base & tower units are pre-built rather than flat-packed. In my personal experience this was a bit tricky as my existing kitchen was still in situ and not due to be removed for a week. 4)Installation -huge shoutout and thanks to Darren & Luke my kitchen installers, they came highly recommended by Wren and lived-up to their reputation as highly skilled tradesmen. Within a week they removed my old kitchen, completed supplementary electrical and plumbing work, and installed my new kitchen to a high quality standard and finish. They did this whilst being very polite, extremely hardworking, and good humoured. They happily answered all my queries throughout the installation and dealt with any unforeseen issues and snags and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their workmanship. 5)Summary -If you want a seamless/high-quality/professional kitchen design and installation service without the hassle of arranging tradesmen or project managing then choose Wren. Thanks to everyone at Wren.

From design through to delivery everything was easy and very professional. Jake from the customer service team made reporting a small issue uncomplicated and quickly resolved in a speedy manner. Very impressed with all aspects and so recommend Wren without hesitation.

4th attempt today to deliver a missing part reported 12 days ago to through the app and also over the phone. Been promised redelivery on 3 occasions now to be told:
Initial delivery: here’s everything but the biggest part of your kitchen that holds majority of your work top.
Delivery attempt no1: van issue had to go back and unload reload but definitely arriving that afternoon. It didn’t.
Delivery attempt no2: delivery team couldn’t find the item on the van.
Delivery attempt no3: here’s drawer fronts for the cupboard you are still missing and a cutlery organiser for the cupboard you don’t have.
Several calls and emails later I still have no cupboard and paid my fitters for 3 days of nothing! All wren CS tell me is I’ll look into that for you and call you back to send me a generic email.

I had a great experience in the showroom, but the wren appointed fitter basically tried to double charge me for various things. The installation was also substandard and needed correction of multiple things. It’s taken months and the initial wren approved fitter was offensive and very hard to work with - as he is independent I reviewed him independently and got abusive replies. If you do go with a wren installer make sure that all extra work is agreed up front and that you have some come back if it goes wrong. The person sent to sort it out (Gary) was excellent. However wren really need to get to the root of the problem and weed out their substandard cowboy fitters.
My experience was at Blackburn branch and fitter was called Darren Grunshaw. Avoid. Blackburn branch backed him and I had to go to head office - absolutely shamefull. Order number 47182022
