When I make an appointment for 4:00 I tend to expect the company to turn up on time. I’ve just had a phone call from the rep telling me that he would be with me between 10 and 20 minutes. That is completely unprofessional.
I spent years selling double glazing part-time alongside my flying career and when I made an appointment to see somebody I was there. If I was going to be late I would ring them at the time of the appointment.
I eat at 4:00 and as I was told the appointment could take about an hour I thought that’s fine. I don’t mind eating at 5:00. However, 6:00 is too late for me to eat. I therefore cancelled the appointment.

We've had a fantastic experience with Wren. They went above and beyond to design our dream kitchen. Our experience was even better due to our designer, Aidan Jones, in the Crawley branch. He gave us so much time, more than allocated, to ensure everything was perfect. He was so easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. The price was also a big factor and cheaper than other big companies with some great savings. The finance options were also a major factor and allowed us to get the kitchen we actually wanted. Would highly recommend so far, will update once again when the kitchen has arrived and fitted

Aidan Jones at the Crawley Wren showroom was extremely helpful in designing our kitchen. He was very patient and supportive throughout.

Massive thank you to Aidan at Wren kitchens in Crawley for helping us design and plan our dream kitchen.
As a young couple renovating our first home, we were honestly pretty overwhelmed going into the process, but working with Aidan made every part of this project feel exciting instead of stressful.
From the very first meeting, he really listened to how we live, what we wanted, and what our budget realistically allowed. Aidan's ideas were thoughtful, and practical. Aidan guided us through every decision with so much patience and knowledge.
The Final Design is a kitchen we genuinely adore and cannot wait to enjoy.
We couldn’t have asked for a better planning experience; fingers crossed for a smooth delivery/fitting.

Very helpful and knowledgeable designer. Walked us through every step of the process giving helpful advice where needed.

We have brought several kitchens from Wren with Excellent services. They seem to be dreadful now, we had issues with our kitchen being 4 weeks later than planned, then our walk in waldrobe was delivered on time. However a fitter didn't arrive for 2 weeks, and is still only half finished. Wren Crawley didn't answer our emails or calls for 1 week. This was all happening whilst during the birth of our child, as Wren couldn't meet the dates they committee too, so we have a new born with no storage for our clothes. The team seem unbothered by these circumstances.

Josh was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job at the installation of my wardrobes.

Aidan, our Designer from the Crawley Store, was very helpful from the start. A genuinely friendly and courteous person, he ensured the whole process ran smoothly. He arranged the delivery, which was very quick and coordinated by Joseph, the booking coordinator. Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would gladly recommend their services.

Awful, nothing lines up, pre holed drills in cabinets don’t match up, delivery was wet boxes, do not buy from wrens, reason why they are so cheap.

02.12.2025 Update:
After posting this review, a case manager got in touch and showed genuine concern in resolving our issue. He offered us a fairer compensation which was accepted and in return a detailed feedback of what went well and what went wrong.
I hope that the feedback helps improve things for future customers, because when Wren gets it right the product and service can good.
Disappointing Service– Will Not Use Again
We had our kitchen fitted by Wren Kitchens in Crawley a couple of months ago, and while some parts were fine, the overall experience was very frustrating and poorly managed.
Our kitchen designer, initially was good during the showroom visit and consultation, but any follow-up was impossible. We called a few times to clarify details and he was either on holiday or out of the office – with no return calls or even a single email despite messages being left. Basic communication should not be this hard.
The delivery team were the highlight – professional, friendly, polite, and on time. They clearly take pride in their work.
However, the installation was a complete letdown. The agreed date initially was the 1st of September then was moved to the 15th of September but the fitter simply didn’t show up on the day. No call, no message, no update. At this point we actually got an email to say our installation was underway when in fact it wasn’t. We had to chase Crawley branch ourselves, only to be told “it’s the installation team’s fault”. Eventually, a different fitter was arranged, he and his team did a very good job – but the stress and delay were unnecessary.
We made a formal complaint and while it was acknowledged quickly, the resolution felt dismissive and unfair.
We had planned to also use Wren for fitted wardrobes, but after this experience, WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT RETURN and WE CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM. Good products let down by unreliable service and poor communication. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Our kitchen fitter found the flooring ordered was short, so I contacted Wren hoping for a quick response. After 3 phone calls, the promise of a same day call back and also chasing by email…I heard nothing! The manager blanked me and 5 days on, still nothing. Wren are quick enough to ask you to leave a review during the sales process, but disappear into dust once they’ve taken your money. I specifically didn’t want to leave a review until post completion for that very reason. Their lack of response led to me having to find the flooring myself and discovering a huge 89% mark up on the flooring (go direct to Travis Perkins, Topps Tiles or someone who stocks the same item). They simply order from those companies and slap a mark up on. I expected a mark up, but 89% is just ripping customers off. Throughout the sales process we were given contradicting information and told to ignore certain details in the Contract, but when questioned they said they couldn’t remove or edit the wording. Having been through the process and spent alot of money, we discovered we would have been far better off finding a kitchen fitter, getting them to design and order a kitchen independently and fit it. I would strongly avoid Wren, their insane mark ups and lack of customer service.

We found the design system poor and t is frustrating that you can't get a refund on samples without buying a kitchen. They won't sell any accessories unless you buy a kitchen from them, which is a shame as they had done nice handles and worktops. No idea why this is.
On one occasion a staff member told me to ask upstairs, knowing that I had just come down. This was because he couldn't tell me the name of a worktop. I would have expected him to know or go to find out, not ask me to do it.
The worst thing was the frequent contact trying to get us to buy, both enmails and phone calls. We were getting calls every 2 to 3 weeks. Whilst I understand they are sales people, is anyone going to rush into spending thousands of pounds without careful consideration. The latter put us off. We found Howdens better all round.
In relation to your reply- we decided not to order based on my comments.

Terrible experience with Wren & Bosch and their scan like Bosch promotions. Long story short, they put totally unreasonable barriers in the way of you claiming. Bosch are also terrible, zero customer service. Avoid.

Came in to order some fitted bedroom furniture. Sat in the Crawley branch with a boy who priced everything up for us. Talked us through everything in detail- including how the installers fit it all. Picked a day where it could be delivered and installed on the first day. Signed a contract. Didn’t read word for word because he had explained it all so well.
Week before it’s due to be fitted I receive an email to ask how I’m installing it. Turns out the boy knocked off the installation price when giving us our final figure. After speaking to the store manager and head office for 6 days….Had to refuse delivery when it turned up. The Customer care we have received is non existent. Infact they don’t even care they’ve lost business and that I will give nothing but negative reviews to everyone I speak to. They are happy to not take any fault and happy to get complaints and bad reviews. That just shows you how awful this company are. I work in customer service and I would NEVER let a customer get to this point. Now we are in talks with the ombudsman instead. Why pay for staff to work in customer care when you clearly have zero care!

The kitchen designer was good the quality of the kitchen was good and delivered fairly quickly but I was sent an item I did not order and was unable to return this or get a refund this is just crazy.

Absolutely appalling. Wrong measurements, wrong items delivered, units missed off. 2nd attempt was wrong as well with missing items. 3rd attempt delivered duplicate items that were wrong in the first place. Hours and hours spent trying to sort on the phone. Just absolutely useless, and about as bad as you could possibly get from a kitchen company. We even asked the salesman's manager to double check his measurements as we had no confidence in him, she said she did and still got it wrong (or lied and didn't bother). I cannot stress how useless this company are.

The process of design for bedroom along with the price all very easy especially compared to other companies asked to design/quote. Fitter was prompt, worked well and was tidy. Certainly a pleasant experience. However, there are a couple of snags to resolve and this is where the process has completely fallen down.
I've been passed from pillar to post trying to speak to someone to get help to resolve this. Number to call automatically takes you to the installation and warranty team after you enter your order number but they then say you need to speak to snagging. Transfer you, you wait over 20 mins for someone to answer and then the call ends. Have done this 3 times now.
Wren's aftercare is so disappointing. Such a shame as up to now, I would have highly recommended them.
