The surveyor was a friendly guy, very polite and professional.

We recently had Tim from Wren carry out our kitchen and utility measurement survey, and he was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Tim was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered our questions, and made sure every detail was measured accurately. His attention to detail and knowledge gave us real confidence that our kitchen project is in safe hands.

Nothing was too much trouble, and he was a pleasure to have in our home. Customer service like this makes a huge difference, and Tim is a real credit to Wren.

We recently had our kitchen and utility room measured by Tim from Wren, followed by a design appointment with Aleena, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received.
Tim visited our home to carry out the survey and was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to talk to us about our renovation project, listened carefully to what we were hoping to achieve, and shared his extensive knowledge throughout the visit. As fellow enthusiasts of period properties, it was lovely to speak with someone who genuinely understood and appreciated the character of older homes. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and an absolute pleasure to have in our home.
We then spent nearly four hours with Aleena designing our kitchen and utility room. Her patience, creativity, and attention to detail were exceptional. She worked closely with us to understand exactly how we wanted the spaces to function and look, helping us create designs that perfectly suit both our home and our family. Nothing felt rushed, and she was happy to explore different ideas until we were completely satisfied.
The level of customer service from both Tim and Aleena has been outstanding. They have made what could have been an overwhelming part of our renovation feel exciting and enjoyable. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning a new kitchen or utility room.

Tim made our kitchen design experience really straightforward. Easy process from start to finish and he made myself and my mam feel at ease throughout. Tim answered all of our questions and explained everything from the beginning of the appointment.

T Marks came to our house today to measure our kitchen arrived punctually. He was polite and friendly. He took a lot of measurements and photos noting them on his tablet. He obviously took his job very seriously, taking time to ensure that the measurements were done correctly. He treated ourselves and our property with respect.

Kitchen work is always going to be full of issues and compromises, but Wren and Tim have recognised where lessons could be learnt to help minimise those.
The pre-design survey may seem odd/additional work (especially having the installer coming in to measure again) but this is a measure twice cut once mentality that is trying to reduce the pain in the installation chaos later on.
Whilst the call to arrive and arriving on time is note worthy in itself, the explanation of the process, what Tim’s role is, what he would be doing and why, to what next steps will be, helped as a gentle pathway finder (considering I’ve never done installation work in any room before).

The gentleman text us to let us no he would b there for the arranged time and was true to his word. He put protective covers over his shoes, which was appreciated. He was polite and professional at all times.

We had a Visit from Tim. M from the Durham Branch to size up our a Kitchen for our Flat. Great chap, Good humour, Loves a Cup of Tea and gets Straight to work, explained the process well! 👌

We had a couple of issues with a door delivered damaged, this also occurred with the replacement door, I rang Wren customer services and spoke to a gentleman called Nicholas, he was very understanding and empathetic and ensured that the next replacement would be checked and with adequate packaging, after receiving the door he rang the following day to ensure the door was ok ( which it was) Nicholas was extremely helpful throughout and is obviously a great asset to the customer service team at Wrens
