Really good service. Joseph was polite and accommodating

The sales designer was very good and the kitchen cabinets are well made. It all went wrong from point of delivery. I was brought up believing that if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all!
The free cool bags given out at the store are excellent.
A response from Wren will not be required.

Everything was perfect from visiting the showroom in Exeter, to the kitchen planning, design planning, price, ordering and delivery My Wren kitchen was fitted in February by a local builder. Delighted with the way measurements were spot on and ease of fitting. A lovely kitchen.

Buy a wren Kitchen-Waste £35,000
A very expensive mistake!
Cheaply made weak door hinges which are not strong enough for the weight of the doors.
Doors hinges do not provide anywhere near enough adjustment to compensate for the distorted incorrectly assembled glued cabinets.
Cheap chipboard cabinets which the hinge screws easily pull out of and prove impossible to refit, have had to find suitable plastic inserts to be able to re-fit the hinges.
Cheap poor quality chipboard cabinets incorrectly glued during assembly impossible to adjust to make square.
Still waiting for parts to complete the assembly of the AEG extractor.
Ineffective useless customer services which prove almost impossible to speak with.
Denied any communication with the showroom have to deal by telephone or email customer services never receive a reply .
Absolutely hopeless.

My repeated visits to amend my kitchen and wardrobe designs were handled superbly by the staff, particularly Harvey at the Exeter showroom. My kitchen (the third one I've ordered from Wren) is beautiful. Harvey was able to suggest, very sensitively, certain improvements or additions. I love my bin drawer and my ironing board cupboard!
When we finally realised that we couldn't actually fit a wardrobe into the space I wanted, the manager did not quibble about returning my deposit. I have had only really positive experiences with Wren and have recommended them to several friends.

Bought our J-pull white matt kitchen last October. On delivery there were a few damaged items including a broken cabinet and dented door. These took a few days to come and out fitter was patient. As they unpacked more of the kitchen there was another door with a piece of paint missing so needed another one ordered. Had to get the fitter back to replace that. As we've started using the kitchen, we've noticed bits of paint coming off in parts and the j-pull handle on the inside door of the fridge has cracked off exposing the MDF underneath!! I've called Wren to be told that this is wear and tear and I'm unable to have replacements or I can buy them at cost!! Wear and tear?! We're a family of 3. What did they think we're doing to cause this kind of damage?? We're not going around smacking it with hammers! I'd expect a kitchen to withstand basic use. This screams poor quality and I have read similar experiences on here and other forums. I'm now concerned as to how the kitchen will fare over the next few months if this is starting to happen after 3!! What a huge disappointment. I'm planning on taking it further but disappointed I have to do this at all!!

Janet @Wren Exeter has excelled in past few weeks, making the whole survey, design and ordering of our new kitchen as painless as we could imagine. Outstanding experience

Great showroom showing all the different styles and options. No pressure from staff to order a kitchen. Dalton at the Exeter showroom did our final plan and was great at suggesting options and helped us keep to our overall budget. The process of changing our plans, seeing different price options and confirming our final order was straightforward and could be done online without going into the showroom. Wren had an interest free finance offer that suited our budget which was easy to sign up to. They had a delivery date that suited our timescale. Price was very competitive and they price matched appliances. So far so good👍

Relaxed and easygoing no pressure. Explained everything very well until we were totally happy.

Everything was great until the fitting was due. Then nothing went well. The fitter cancelled minutes before he was due. I was left with bedroom wardrobes strewn across a floor that was due to be tiled two days later. Wren were extremely unhelpful and I spent several hours on the 'phone getting nowhere. I had to pay for the pieces to be moved elsewhere, then I had to organise my own carpenter to install the wardrobes.
The original designer felt that Wren couldn't supply the doors to my bedroom wardrobe, due to the close proximity of a beam in the ceiling. I agreed to take their carcasses and get my carpenter to make doors for the wardrobes. Once the wardrobes were installed my carpenter found that Wren doors could be fitted to the units. Then came the struggle to purchase doors separately. Another round of 'phone calls totalling several hours. I was told they don't sell doors without the carcasses - I already have your carcasses - oh! OK, you can have the doors.
Eventually the doors were delivered, with the handles, but no hinges. Nobody told me I had to order the hinges as well. Unbelievable!
Next came several more hours of 'phone calls trying to purchase hinges. First I was told I couldn't have hinges. Then I was told I'd have to sign a document waiving my warranty. Why? Because I was making a modification to the units supplied. The modification is adding Wren doors to Wren wardrobes! Not good enough. They haven't built the units to take doors. What? I've been supplied with units that can't take doors? Well, yes, they can take doors, but I'm fitting doors myself, which makes it a modification. The whole experience has been frustrating, unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
I've left messages for the original designer, texted her, emailed and still heard not one word back from her. I've been sent all around the country in calls and got no sense out of anyone.
Don't waste your time and money with Wren, once they've got your money they don't care about you.

Right, kitchen is ok, unfortunately ripped off by wren for fixtures, worktop bolts etc, first sink had a crack, second one that came today was split in half. So the half decent kitchen we bought and fitted, you lot can't supply sinks that aren't damaged, so you've ruin our whole experience. Thanks alot.

I can’t fault the retail experience for the customer. Harvinder was great, knowledgeable and helpful and with no hard pushy sales tricks. His design met our needs perfectly and the price was competitive.
