Issues have been resolved quickly once I contacted Wren directly

After buying our kitchen from Wren which we are extremely happy with, we decided to get some bedroom cupboards. Our salesman, Jamie, from the Grimsby branch, was incredibly helpful and did an excellent job of making sure we got the correct information we needed to make our choice. We used our own fitter and when he couldn’t find the items he needed, the staff members at Wren jumped all over the problem and sorted it out on the same day. Well done to all involved and we are very happy with our cupboards. Thanks for the additional effort Jamie.

Nick was very patient and listened to my problem and went out of his way to solve the problem then and there insuring us that everything that needed to be done was done 🤗👍 what a pleasant chap. Nick is in the Customer Care department

Had a measuring service completed this morning, Lee A was a pleasure to work with and he completed all the measurements and let us know how and when we could go back to the store to finalise our design. Thankyou

Ben and John where very polite and lovely as the delivered our kitchen, they where happy to bring in different appliances and put them in different rooms as I had asked them and they had an overall cheerful atmosphere around them, no issues whatsoever and they where done in around 10/15 minutes

Delivery team were great. Friendly and helpful, asking myself what I wanted and if I had a plan. We created one and it was well thought out.

Visited Wren in Grimsby with a basic idea for two bedrooms we are refurbishing. After waiting 20 mins to speak to someone, was told we are too busy to see to you, come back another time. There were more staff than customers and the showroom had only two other people who were together, no other customers in sight. Concluded that they just could not be bothered. Had a budget of £8K for the two rooms and was prepared to place an order there and then.
Left the store feeling insulted and belittled. Will not be returning and cannot recommend them.

Awful company the staff in the showroom were great but the issues started when the bedrooms were fitted. We noticed several damaged units we notified the company who replaced them unfortunately many of these were either damaged or the incorrect units. Worst of all one of the units would not allow you to close the draws as it was catching on the wall. This was rectified by the fitter but meant the top panel for this unit was now to small. We have made numerous phone calls and got the store as well as the fitter involved all siding with ourselves but during the latest conversation with Wren complaints department they informed me I would need to pay more money for this panel as it was not I.A.W. The plan. The fact the plan doesn’t work as Wren measured incorrectly doesn’t matter. 4 months on from original fitting still waiting for bedroom to be finished.

When installing the kitchen we were missing an item that was listed and paid for on the item sheet.
When phoning the store, instead of trying to resolve the issue they passed us onto customer service and left us to sort itnout. They then tried to charge me again for the item. Customer care is non existent, very disappointed.. it seems they want your money but they don't want to sort out any problems. Won't recommend to friends & would like a refund of £150 for an item I didn't receive.
