Extremely disappointing customer service from Wren Kitchens.
I arranged for a survey appointment regarding replacement doors, drawers and panels for my existing Wren kitchen and was advised someone from sales would contact me with pricing and installation options.
After multiple emails and phone calls chasing updates, I was repeatedly given conflicting information by different members of staff. I was eventually told that nothing had even been sent for pricing despite being promised this had already been done.
To make matters worse, after nearly two weeks of wasted time, I was then informed Wren do not even provide the installation service I had specifically discussed with both the survey engineer and sales representative.
The communication has been extremely poor throughout and no one seemed interested in taking ownership of the enquiry or helping resolve the issue.
I have since submitted a formal complaint to customer services and have still received no response, which honestly says everything about the level of customer care.
Very disappointing experience and certainly not what I expected from a company of this size.
Update since last review :-
I am still waiting for confirmation as to whether Wren can even issue a quotation for the works requested. Communication has been extremely poor throughout. One phone call and one email with no actual resolution is not acceptable customer service. If this is how potential customers are treated before placing an order, it raises serious concerns about what the experience would be like during installation or after-sales support.

I have just had our bedroom designed by Reece at the Hull showroom and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Reece was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. The design looks fantastic and he came up with ideas I hadn’t even considered that made the space work so much better. Nothing felt rushed and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

Started my kitchen on the 27th April 2026 what should have taken 2 to 3 days took 11 as they sent the wrong size cupboard..I was left with a washing machine in my sittings room along with a long worktop and pieces for the work top in front of my fire place .. sink unit and all that goes with it in my Conservatory..with numerous boxes to unpack.. I had to cancel my family staying with me.. so disappointing.. I would not recommend Wren Kitchens

I was impressed with the design and the quality of the materials but when Wren arranged the fitter, I was told that as they couldn't calculate how many sockets I had, I would have to pay the fitter cash on the day to cut around the sockets and provide the adhesive for the tekwall which was also purchased from Wren. I spent several thousand pounds on the kitchen and found this to be quite underhand. The kitchen surveyor did a great job and all the sockets were clearly visible in the plans so this made me feel like I was being scammed. Wren would not budge on a discount on the full amount so I could make this cash payment to their appointed fitter so I arranged my own fitter for much less and am very happy.
I had just over £600 of unopened parts (plinths, Tekwall etc) left over and Wren refused to take the items back as they make everything to order. The majority of the items were standard parts and colours, which could have been reused I feel. They did give me £215 back and arranged for a waste company to come and remove and dispose of what was left over. I can see it is better to have too much rather than not enough, but the waste did bother me.

I recently had a home visit from Wren Kitchens surveyor Lee and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to carefully measure the space while explaining the process clearly.
What really stood out was how knowledgeable and helpful Lee was. He offered practical suggestions about layout, storage, and appliance placement that I hadn’t considered, all while listening to what I wanted from the kitchen. Nothing felt rushed, and he made sure every measurement and detail was accurate so the design would fit perfectly.
The visit gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward with my kitchen project. It was a very smooth, informative, and friendly experience, and I’d definitely recommend Wren’s home measuring service to anyone planning a new kitchen.
