Can't fault Wren at all. We were terrified of having a kitchen remodel having never done it before but we can honestly say it has been absolutely the best experience. From the showroom, (Matt) to the fitters, (Ian and team) they were really good with design tips. Customer services, Natalie and Kayleigh were responsive and explanatory and responded to queries promptly. After a horrendous few years, thank you to the Wren team for working together so effectively to help us to achieve a fresh start and new life, if we ever move, we will be coming back and would definitely recommend you.

Our experience started really well, Ruby was our designer and she was great, great contact, great designs, very helpful. However, as soon as we paid for our kitchen, the communication stopped fully. I tried emailing multiple times to ask questions regarding the kitchen/appliances that the fitters needed to know and got 0 responses. I emailed the general manager of Wren to see if I could receive a reply from then but again, nothing. I feel that we were also not fully informed of certain aspects that led to more money on our part and a lot of stress with the process. Our kitchen has been fit this week and whilst we are happy with the kitchen, we probably would not use Wren again due to these aspects.

I bought a kitchen from Wren in 2024 and the service from the sales team in the Oldham branch was good and the delivery was okay, a few missing items but it was rectified quickly.
I went back to Wren Oldham in February 2026 and the member of staff who I dealt with previously had left, the new sales person was terrible, appeared disinterested but because we wanted items adding to the original kitchen we had to use Wren, I later found out the member of staff I dealt with left the company.
Received delivery today, the drivers were like the chuckle brothers, they came this morning at 7am, spent 20 minutes in the van but then said my items were at the back of the van and they couldn't complete the delivery (I had booked a day off work to accept delivery). I had to cancel the kitchen fitter who was arriving at 8am, he wasn't pleased.
The delivery drivers then rung and said they were 6 minutes away, this was around 3pm. Whilst bringing the items into my house, they knocked an ornament off the wall. It damaged the plaster on the wall and broke the ornament, they said they would report the damaged ornament and wall but when speaking with customer services, they had not reported it.
I checked the items, the plinth and transparent seal were missing, customer services told me it will take 11 days for them to be redelivered. Whilst checking the items I could not find the cornice for the tower cupboard. When I logged into my account, the sales person had not included it in the order despite me talking to her about it, I missed this at the time which is my fault but I should not have to check everything just to make sure people are doing their job properly. I am not ordering a cornice just because I do not want to give Wren anymore of my money.
Whilst on to the customer services department, the person I spoke to was more interested in checking if I had a nice day rather than resolving my problems and she responded to me with T&C's to cover Wren.
Overall the service from the sales branch through to delivery and then speaking to the customers services department has been terrible and I will never use Wren again.
Since submitting the review on 09/04/26, on 11/04/26, the joiner came to fit the kitchen and the worktop was not wide enough by 40mm, the lady in the showroom ordered the wrong worktop. I am currently awaiting Wren customer services to resolve the problem.

Great customer service from Wrens when purchasing our second fitted wardrobe (our first was also from them), with excellent quality. The process was seamless from measurement to VR design and delivery. A defect after installation was quickly resolved by Amanda from customer relations. We’ll definitely be returning for a third wardrobe.

It’s been 9 months since my shocking installation the one that took them 8 months including removing and re fitting the full kitchen. Still to this day I am getting constant issues with their installers “subcontractors” plumbing. Everything they touched regarding plumbing has leaked and failed us! I can’t trust this kitchen atall! Still struggle to use parts of it because of how much they affected my mental health with how poor of an install it was. They’re qualified “sub” electrics have too failed us since and again Iv had to pay out to get them safely fixed. I haven’t even bothered speaking to Wren about it because they are not worth the time as they just claim T&Cs about it not being their wren fitter even though you pay them to use their wren fitter who in fact is a subcontractor & they have grey lines on what is considered covered under the agreement. Do not use them! It’s seriously not worth it, they put me through hell and even when it was considered complete and we parted ways it’s still to this day causing issues.

Great delivery service. Delivery boys explained me everything I need to know. They placed all the units very carefully.
Thanks again.

Needed a replacement microwave. Went into store to see what would fit. Assistant manager told us which one to buy. Was too small and now there is no piece to fit the gap left behind. Has been going on for 6 weeks. Two pieces delivered, both too big. Customer service is poor. Making out its my fault when we were told which microwave to buy. Raised a further complaint today. Would not recommend for after care service. They've had your money. Not interested.

I was given a confirmed delivery timeframe by my Wren designer before signing my final contract, and I booked all my services and tradespeople based on that information. Later, the delivery team informed me that the delivery was suddenly “not available” anymore and claimed designers “cannot confirm delivery dates” — something I was never told. This unexpected change has disrupted multiple parties involved in my kitchen renovation.
The advisor I spoke to was very unprofessional. They offered no solutions, repeatedly said “unfortunately,” and refused to provide any line manager or supervisor when I asked to escalate the issue. When I requested to be transferred to Customer Service, I was put through without being told the team was about to close, and the call was cut off immediately.
The whole experience was stressful and completely unacceptable. Wren seriously needs to improve communication and customer service.

If there is any lower than one star, that is how I will rate Wren Oldam. The whole experience with this business was absolutely appalling,The wardrobe we ordered and paid for in the middle of April is until now still not done. They asked the full payment from us long before the items is delivered, for us t to be told on the day of the fitting was scheduled that no one will be able to fit the wardrobes 2 hours before the agreed time and date.our house was full of boxes everywhere because the garage was full of the materials that was not fitted 3 weeks later from the original fitting date which was May 29th & 30th,but when they eventually fit it on June 21 the parts were missing, and broken so they cannot finish the job, once again we had to wait for weeks to get it done.and still up to this date the wardrobe is still an unfinish business and despite all the calls and emails we had there was nothing done to get it sorted, they keep lying to us that they will sort it out,but never do anything even the big bosses,But I realized,of course they dont have to finish the job now that they have the full payment.Wren company is the worst place to go,we regretted that we choose them for our wardrobe,we should have gone to an independent wardrobe company, the stress of dealing with them was unbelievable,we had to chase them all the time, its like we are begging to just get it done.and yet we have not heard anything from them,to sort the situation and make it somehow better,I dont recommend this place at all,go to any other business but Wren, they are not worth your business and your trust.the worst service and no accountability, its a shame i could not post a photo of the wardrobe that they have left unfinished, and the photo of the plan that we have orderderd and paid for nearly £9000 outright for two bedroom.

I have written a review on my kitchen. I will now write one for my bedroom that I ordered at the same time.
On 18th June the installer came round fitted the floor boards then realised the same designer that messed me about with the kitchen has stupidly designed it so I can’t open the door because of the window sill. He knew about this window sill because when I was designing it he told me I can’t have a full depth wardrobe so ordered me a slim line that fits behind the window sill. It didn’t dawn on him the door won’t open.
So the installer spoke to the store re-designed and ordered new parts.
Meanwhile I have had to sleep on a camp bed amongst a load of mess as it is the master bedroom.
Installers come today and realised the 2nd delivery is wrong too and he’s left again..
I work full time and had to take annual leave for the original fitting and annual leave again for today.
Please please do not go with wren!!! I know some people have had good experience but the issue is when things go wrong…
All you get is an apology and little else.
Spoken to Ellie from customer service she has been very patient and helpful and she has told me that a delivery has been set for this Friday and she will try and get an installer for weekend.
I have told them I can’t continue living on a camp bed and if it’s not done this weekend they can take all their things back because I have not got time to waste anymore.
With my kitchen they already told me beginning of June that an installer is booked for September and they will redeliver the kitchen when I need it. I have confirmation of this in writing.
Then they have started threatening to charge me £10/ piece/ day in the last week when I they have not allocated me a new Installer. The reason I changed installers was because wren told me their installer was trying to overcharge me.
Anyway please please do not go with wren I would not wish this on my worst enemy…
I really do not know how wren can get away with operating like this.
Further research shows if their installer does mess up it has nothing to do with them because they are sub contractors although wren is taking a big chunk from you for installation. Then they find you an installer.. and they pay your installer directly…
But just remember if anything goes wrong wren will not take responsibility!!
I have just seen the message from wren regarding the last review. No one new has contacted me just the same people that claim they’re from the head office and nothing has actually moved forward in the last 5 weeks!!

Purchased a kitchen from Wren for a recent renovation project, big mistake. Previously I’ve used Howdens, but Wren had better offers and were cheaper.
No end of problems, bits missing meant the kitchen fitter had to leave the job until replacements were sent out.
Now we’re having problems with the air circulation extraction fan as we were sold an incorrect one, which Wren are denying.
Honestly wouldn’t order again with this company as they have zero compassion about their mistakes and basically aren’t interested.
