We had exceptional service in placing our order and follow up along the way of the build. The whole kitchen was well designed and everything fitted perfectly just as they said it would. The units are very well built and we were very impressed with the quality of not just the units but all of the fittings and accessories as well. Absolutely wonderful company and I would have no hesitation in recommending Wren to anyone

From point of order to completion of works we found all staff helpful and curtious. Although there was a delivery issue this was resolved very quickly. Delivery team were polite and careful of property. Care team very quickly resolved a minor issue and a new part recieved within 2 days. I was very impressed.

After sales could do with brush up- our insinkerator has never worked efficiently and wren have kept batting this back to insinkerator. I think wren fitted the wrong size, underpowered for a large house with family.
12 months later, 2 plumbers, at my cost to unblock it and an independent service person to review I have a written report that says I should have had a larger one fitted. Wren still aren’t faking responsibility for advising an under powered piece of kit. I’ve offered to pay the difference to have the correct size fitted but no they are still dragging their feet and saying it’s insinkerator issue. I spent over £40K on this kitchen and one issue is spoiling it.
Pull your finger out wren , just change the unit and sort the issue

It has been almost 5 years since we purchased our beautifully made Wren kitchen.
Just recently I rang for help, as a Mark appeared on a cabinet door which I could not remove (Mr Nobody!) however I made a call to see if they could advise me, I was not kept waiting as there is an option for a call back, I waited approx 20 minutes, I explained my problem and was asked to proceed via a video Zoom call (which went very smoothly, as I am not very techy! ) for Wren to see & assess the problem, I was helped there and then and a replacement is on the way, to a date I chose, I think this was absolutely excellent Service
I would highly recommend a Wren Kitchen they were there for me when I needed them 5 years later, I think that speaks volumes!

Stewart, our fitter was fantastic from start to finish. Good comms ahead of the installation date. Very helpful, attentive and informative during the installation process itself. Extremely pleased with the finished work. Would not hesitate in recommending Stewart (White Willow Furniture).

I have been waiting for remedial work on my kitchen since the 2nd of December, the wrong tap was fitted the range cooker is lopsided there are gaps between the work surface and the upstand and a wall cupboard was damaged by the fitter .as far as I understand the kitchen fitter is refusing to finish the fitment of the kitchen he is the husband of the store manager.

My wife and I dealt with the Worcester branch and our advisor was Stephanie Ruhback. She was a great advert for the company ! We were unsure as to what we required and changed our design several times but Steph was always understanding and 100% professional..... most other people would have found it difficult to hide their exasperation !!!
Thanks very much Steph

I honestly cannot understand previous reviewers having such a bad experience with Wrens Worcester. From the very first visit by George Toogood to design and advise (he was brilliant) to the delivery men to the installation team led by Lee, all went completely smoothly. I was kept informed every step of the way. The only downside, which was not Wrens fault, was the freezer packed in within 3 months but Wrens took over dealing with manufacturer and sorted a replacement for me. I would use them again and recommend. I’m extremely happy with my beautiful kitchen.

If I could give them half a star I would, shocking after service, 80 year old lady spends near on £25k of her life savings and despite several calls to Wrens so called customer service no response weeks later - call after call they promised to respond - avoid at all costs in my advice - shocking treatment of the elderly customer

Really feels that this company is all about the sales and any add ons they can squeeze out of you. Inaccurate information given at point of sale. Damaged cupboard, one door completely different sizes at either end. Exposed plinth on both sides making water damage inevitable when taking washing out of machine. -was told by wren our fitter would have to sort it (didn’t use a wren fitter) missing items. We have been lucky with our independent fitter who is a genius and has worked around the issues. The aftercare is appalling. Takes at least 2 working days to respond to issues raised. Stuck in queue on the phone, when you request a call back they then ask you to email issues with pictures which takes them another 2 working days to reply. Feel like we are going around in circles. The app is a waste of time unless you want to buy extras. Can’t track issues raised. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Throughout the entire selection process, we were repeatedly informed by the sales assistant that the new range-style oven we wanted was not yet available on Wren’s system. We were advised that the oven shown on the CAD mock-up was purely illustrative. However, the oven that was eventually delivered was not the model we had intended to purchase — something we only discovered upon opening the item.
Within just a few days of delivery, and well within the 14-day window, we contacted Wren to request an exchange for the correct oven. We clearly explained the confusion caused by the misleading verbal guidance we received in-store. Despite multiple phone calls and visits to the showroom, Wren has refused to exchange the unused, brand-new oven.
Instead, we were offered the option to purchase the correct oven — effectively being asked to pay £1,180 a second time. Alternatively, we were told to sell the incorrect oven ourselves. Both suggestions are completely unreasonable. It is unacceptable to expect a customer to bear the financial burden of an error rooted in unclear or incorrect sales advice.
To make matters worse, several other items in our delivery arrived damaged, and we are still waiting for replacements. This delay has caused further inconvenience and additional costs, as we now need to rebook our kitchen fitter once the outstanding parts eventually arrive.
It is deeply disappointing that Wren, a company of this size, appears unwilling to take responsibility after delivery. Unlike other reputable retailers who offer reasonable exchange policies for non-bespoke items, Wren’s customer service post-purchase has been unhelpful and dismissive. The experience has been frustrating, costly, and entirely avoidable.
We strongly urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering Wren Kitchens.
