scam
As others have said this is one of a chain of scam fake holiday timeshare nonsense that all link to the same dodgy company based in alicante in spain and with a
misleading address in london.
They need reporting to the authorites and locking up.Unfortunately most people won’t check trust pilot till it’s too late and they have been bullied and manipulated into parting with there money. If you have been a victim please report them to your bank and block so if your manipulated your bank will stop payments going through. I’m writing this on behalf of a vulnerable friend and working may way through the list of con artists related to this and other dodgy timeshare companies.
This is a scam. Keep your life simple and avoid
I echo the experiences of all these reviews. The calls are very confusing and you think you are dealing with one company and you discover you didn't extend but bought more. You end up getting calls from other parts of the organisation all selling something and saying you have to extend or it all expires - and then you have to pay an annual 'concierge' fee. I can't get holidays they promise and one I was about to book I found I could get the identical resort, room, package and week for £500 cheaper with Expedia. If you've paid money like me, resist the pull to keep chasing the money you've spent. You are not missing out. Let them expire - except they never do expire, even if you explicitly tell them you are happy for them to be deleted, as you keep getting calls to extend them! They lie. Avoid, you won't be missing out but you will have a more peaceful life!
Surprised they are still allowed to be…
Surprised they are still allowed to be in business. This must be the worst set of individuals ever, they just want your money! AVOID
Trying to take them to Small Claims Court can't get their address
Fraudsters
I had to give 1 star to write this review but this company do not deserve it! DO NOT be taken in by their sales patter! It is a complete rip off!!
Scammers and bullies
Scammers and bullies. I signed up foolishly before the pandemic but never used them as they wanted 'extras' on any bookings plus concierge fees every year. Also due to the pandemic no-one was able to travel but they still wanted the yearly fee. They are still phoning asking for the fee and threat to take me to court if I don't honour my contract.
STAY CLEAR!!!!
Wristband Resorts/Exclusive time
Had dealings with this so called 'company' a couple of years ago. All I can say is 'steer clear'. Rude, aggressive, load of money taking thieves!.
SCAM
SCAM! This company will try to scam you by making out they sell good holiday deals. Do not pay anything as they will then keep asking for more money!
Dont touch them with a bargepole
Considering the terrible year we have had, i am still pestered by this company regarding i have not used my weeks and they will be running out by next year unless i pay extra to prolong them, although nobody has been allowed to go anywhere because we are in lockdown. I have suggested the company should extend the weeks because nobody through no fault of their own as been able to use them, because they are having none of i. I am not prepared to pay extra to extend them so the original payment was a waste of money. Joy
Scammers avoid
One star is one too many
I really struggle to give one star, I agree with everything all the other customers have written. I am very Ill have been for a few years but the pressure from this company is draining, I have tried many times to cancel the contract but to no avail. We have paid so much money without being able to go on holiday. Nothing is cheaper you just keep paying money out, money I don't have. When they ring they continue to bully you. I wish I could get hold of someone in authority. Do not show any interest in this company or any other that is associated with them.
Fraudulent company; group of scammers: SAY NO!
To date my experience mirrors that of the other reviewers. True I couldn't go away last summer with their "offer" because I hadn't renewed passports, not thinking I could afford to do that for 6 of us and go away too. However, that didn't stop them - who, when they first made contact with me were called "Super Escapes", then "Wristband Resorts" and lately "Exclusive Breakaways". There's always some little extra you can pay for whilst waiting to go on your *free* holiday (accommodation is paid for already with whatever they get out of you over the phone: only pay for flights and food! Yet you have to have an all inclusive holiday?!!) I regret my naivety: it costs hefty money to have a decent holiday! Why wouldn't it?! There are no true free gifts: there's always a catch even if its hidden in the very small print. Their latest request? A concierge fee of £29.99! Its annual, by the way! Although I've never yet been away with them and already paid up/lost hundreds. Let my account save you making the same mistake and losing money. At least this year there's less chance to be conned into foreign travel. If they call, tell them 'no thanks', then block their number - continually! They will try from many different numbers with different UK dialling codes. Not sure how they got over 2*s as the score shows 100% bad and 1*!! I posted this review for "exclusive breakaways" too, as in my experience (see above), they are connected. AVOID THIS BAND OF THIEVES. I hope Trustpilot can check them out and perhaps if we all group together via some clever lawyer, we can all get our money back! Take care, be warned, good luck. An extra info: numbers they have used to call me 01604986003; 01913130026; 01403910012; 01174090454; 01184640206; 01362560307; 02843032009;
One star is too much .we started off…
One star is too much .we started off with bonus breaks .then upgrade to exclusive weeks .now wristband resorts .so much hassle trying to book anything .we want to go to Mexico .the hotel's offered are not all inclusive which we are not bothered about .but for flights and because we don't want to pay all inclusive we still have to pay towards hotel .so price for flights and hotel because we are not going all inclusive is £3685 .yet we look on tui and flights hotel all inclusive .hotel on its own land not next to tower block hotels just short of £3000 .deluxe room .balcony sea view garden view .jacuzzi in room .they take the wee .and not one person on the phone can tell you the same thing as the other operators .all lies and false promises .do not buy into this crap .
These are scanmers
These are scanmers, please be cautious. Avoid at all costs. If your unfortunate enough to have fallen victim to these call your bank immediately and cancel your card and contact the fraud department. They take money when the please and charge more than they say, they're very rude and pushy. Manager is also a bag of s**t and can't be classed as a manager. Don't sign anything as they'll say your in acontraxtfor 4 years.
This must be a scam. Steer clear of this company
Some years ago I 'won' a competition for a holiday in U.K. from this company (they have changed their name). When I rang about it I was told I had to pay £69 as a contribution for meals which I stupidly did. Due to a death in the family had to cancel the stay at which point was told we could keep it if I paid another fee which I think was around £100.
Since then we have had problems with booking anything and I found out recently when they demanded another £30 fee that my partner had also paid them over £200 a year or so back to enhance the offering.
They ring us incessantly and are very aggressive and at at times threatening.
Now they are saying that we are now signed up to pay this annual fee for two years. We are going to be taking legal action against them as this is clearly unacceptable and we have been taken for a ride to the tune of around £400 which we can I'll afford.
Please don't use them. I would hate for anyone else to go through the hassle we have.
DO NOT USE AT ANY PRICE
Take nothing to do with Wristbandresorts as they sign you up for 3 weeks for 6 people and tell you that they can save you money on inclusive holidays. It costs you hundreds of pounds and when I asked for a holiday to Maderia they sent me several hotels through Horizen Travel but I was able to get the hotels cheaper on the internet. When I rang and complained they said it was a special price with the airline I was travelling with but they were using the same airline. So stay Clear
Appalling company
For your own good and financial security avoid this Company as you would a highly contagious disease. The price to suck you in is soon inflated over and over and the promised venue becomes unavailable for dubious reasons. Also, suspicious delays eat into the mandatory cooling off period. Be warned dear heart.
this is the worst company i have ever…
this is the worst company i have ever delt with total scam. Can not come up with anything like the prices they tell you about in the sales pitch. Got them to quote fir Tenerife i found it £200 cheaper on travel Republic. A total con stay away at all costs all monies lost now asking for more.
Wristband Holidays, Resorts or whatever BE WARNED
I was approached by this company to join their club, pay £235 and I would receive several weeks all inclusive holidays for the cost of self-catering.
I subscribed although I should know that there is no such thing as a free lunch!
Since joining and paying my money I have tried several times to avail myself of this "deal" without success. There are always excuses and reasons which would result in me paying more money to overcome.
I have noticed that some of the "accommodation only" resorts are in fact timeshare or holiday clubs who only want to trap you into presentations whilst at the resort trying to convince you to join their scam (sorry scheme),. Don't think that you can go for this subsidised holiday and then skip the presentation because they ensure that they have your credit card details and they will make substantial charges against it if you miss the presentation. It is well hidden in the contract small print so they are legally entitled to charge!
My advice is to avoid anything that is connected to Wristband and any other company that trades alongside them.
BE WARNED!!!!!!!!
This company will rip you off.
This company will rip you off from all angles. They have a number of subsidiary companies including Extra Weeks and Horizon Travel all of whom are useless. They harass you with innumerable calls trying to pry more money out of you for services that they then do not provide. Don't try to get anything in writing from them, you will be wasting your breath. I am currently trying to have them remove me from their database but they refuse to do so unless I give them yet more money. I am now considering legal action as a last resort. If any solicitors would like to help me I would be glad to hear from you.
Avoid these criminals like the plague.
