Don't use this anonymous website

Paid 1000,- £ to get half? my manuscript edited and it's an absolute mess. Some moron who can't properly type herself, erased lots of text and turned it into something incomprehensible.
It's not done serious, someone behind a pc far away just scammed me for 1000,-.(Susan Harrison)
Don't pay them, you don't know who will edit your text, there's no credentials and you got no control and you can't go complain anywhere after.
It's a pretty website that isn't serious.
Find a professional to edit your text, one person you know and can show examples and can communicate with in detail and complain afterwards. Not this website that's totally anonymous, doing lousy job and will rob you
