wundertax Reviews

Still haven't got my tax money back. It has been well over 5 months. The customer service is rude. Wouldn't recommend. Emailed the tax authority and did exactly what they told me to say and never heard back. Wundertax didn't help at all. Honestly feels like a scam. Wundertax stated it would not take longer than 4 months in my email. Always changing the goal post and it is nearly 6 months now.

The process of registering documents for taxes was easy. And the most important issue is that the English language also supports it. Although I had no knowledge of tax issues, I simply applied for four years and the amount stated in the application was returned to me.

It is really nice website to return tax on time.

Quite clear and easy understandable. Very good tool for tax return.

Honestly, Very easy to follow the instructions and submit the details
And the application works very well in clearly highlighting the hints which is quite helpful - even first timer can navigate it easy

Clear fields and hints on savings corner.Happy with the process.

Very easy to use and money back every time

The software is quite easy to use and guides the user through the tax categories (income, expenses, etc). It could be better if it distinguishes similar topics (e.g. Steuerberater fits in two places) and also if it better addresses people who have tax obligations in multiple countries (e.g. USA + Germany).

Is very intuitive , zero complicated , fast _ in less than one hour I finished my taxes, also in 3 weeks I have received my tax returned from Finanzamt.
Bye bye Elster :)

It was very easy to use and the refund calculated was actually refunded! Great value for returned money!

It works. Has saved me thousands over the years.

It was very seamless and I got the tax decision in about three weeks.

It is super easy to use although German tax system was never my cup of tea. It took me one month to get my tax back but its worth it.

Easy-to-use application with sufficient flexibility to account for more complex cases. Excellent customer support for international community (possible to communicate entirely in English) where the staffs are friendly and responsive to requests and confirmations within a few days of turn-around cycles.

The entire interface was very easy and I was able to get the same amount of return from the Tax Office within 4 weeks of filing the tax return.

This is an amaizing app. I have used this app for your years Tax returns and I am supper satisfied with the service. I have some background in accounting, and I can see the simplicity of the app in filing the tax returns. Some people might need to provide detailed data, which might not be possible with this app, but for simple filling, this is THE BEST THERE IS.

Simple to use, in english or german, good (and quick to reply) customer service.
Used it to do my Tax declaration twice.
Happy user :)

Convenient, easy, and effective even for students with limited knowledge of the German language.

So simple to complete, so efficient, makes German bureaucracy almost invisible 🥲

It's very easy to use, but beware if you encounter any problem they offer no help whatsoever. State didn't give me "travel money" and I can't talk to anyone in Finanzamt because they only speak German and support in wundertax said oh, well, here is their contact and you can call them. I will never use their services again.
