Disposable battery for heart monitor had oozed throughout transit within container for unit. Despite the fact that battery acid fumes are noxious on-top of physically corrosive the customer representative Ginger with her "expert" knowledge declared it totally safe! How would she know though 🤔..
But don't worry if I wanted a new one all I had to do was send the ENTIRE ORDER including the seperate items that were packaged entirely different, so my partner either lives with potential hazardous materials in her new item or we send EVERYTHING back..
Oh wait I forgot, she also offered to pay for a new disposable battery! How nice. I'm disabled and live rurally so if I really wanted a noxious product I'd need to get that item delivered too, or, get my support worker out for just that trip.
Ginger ignored that completely, disabilities aren't an issue to wusictech when you don't care about them!
Transit was not as the customer service representative made clear, though their follow up emails have doubled back on their original email - Australians will not get delivery notifications they can follow until arrival, after product arrived in 1st American city it was declared as delivered and I was left to wait for near a month before a random knock at my door at 5pm with the package left there.
I'd give 0 stars if possible.
