I spent 9 months and £4000 on fees with Wye residential trying to sell my flat. The chain collapsed and they walked away and left me to start again . There was a lack of communication , clarity and inquiry . If the sale had been managed better it could have been avoided , it was left to play out for months . Beware of all the promises as in the end there is no one held to account .
