We got the personalized knit sweater from Wyld Bub and couldn't be any happier! It is the most beautiful piece that we will for sure keep in her keepsake box to cherish forever ❤️

UPDATE: my original review can be seen below unaltered; however, since posting this, WB have finally responded to me and we have reached a resolution, which I appreciated. In fact, I really considered to up this rating from one to two stars as a result of this, however, I cannot bring myself to do it. I firmly believe that WB clothing is completely unfit for purpose and should be avoided, at the very least for any children below 12/18 months old. Other reviewers, I see, have noted the same. It’s unsafe for babies, and completely impractical. Buy only if you like playing Russian roulette as to whether the size will be right, and if you want to put your child in this once for a photo op…….

If I could give zero stars, I would. I received three sets of clothes as a gift for my 4-month-old, all labeled "Size 66." The sizing is a complete lottery; one set is borderline too small, while the other is so massive it’s dangerous.

When I contacted customer service with photographic proof of the massive discrepancies, I was met with "Edna," who gave me a scripted, dismissive response claiming the clothes were the "correct size" and just an "oversized style." It is clear as day that this company is just drop-shipping cheap garments directly from China (to the UK in my case) with zero oversight.
To tell a parent that a jumper three times the size of a child is "on trend" is insulting.

They hide behind "fulfillment factors outside their control" to avoid taking responsibility for the fact that their garments are not fit for purpose. They even had the audacity to ask for the original shipping label for a gift, despite the fact that they can find the order in their own system.

Do not waste your money here. You are paying premium prices for bottom-of-the-barrel quality and a support team that refuses to acknowledge basic logic. Save your time and shop somewhere that actually understands infant safety and sizing.

I will never order from this company ever again.. I ordered an engraved wooden parasol. In the name of Francis and it's came back with what looks like Fhancis
They will not refund. And do not reply to emails. I bought this as a present. Which I am not able to give. And am out of pocket by £40.00. No phone number to call. Nothing but a load of money grabbing thieves

After many pieces that didn't match the quality we were searching for, this one fit everything well.

I received an incorrect order. On the personalized sweater the yarn colour was incorrect. They printed brown on a brown sweater instead of taupe. When I reached out to the company they would not rectify the situation.

Avoid - wild, absolutely wild, inconsistent sizing! Quality isn't amazing, given the price. Clearly there are no quality control processes in place to produce a top that would fit an 18 month old and label it is a newborn 69cm! And when you point it out to their 'customer service' team they gaslight and avoid without actually accepting the ludicrously bad products they are shipping.

We ordered a personalised ‘name’ jumper and oh my goodness was it better than I imagined. For the price I felt that it might be a cheaper fabric but it is so gorgeous and soft. The shape is perfect for my daughter (not just a small adult jumper like some companies do).
Honestly couldn’t love it more. Will definitely be ordering more as she grows!

I ordered the cuddle duck, I was very disappointed with it as it looked more like a seagull, I know the mum to be would agree! Asked for a refund and was told it wasn't possible! As it was heavily discounted product( news to me) as it was £25:00..Hugely disappointed with company policy and product! Think before you order from this company! Expensive mistake.

The cutest jumper and I love that it’s a bit over sized and stretchy, so it will last him a bit longer than other clothing! Beautifully made. I will be purchasing another one when he outgrows this one, thank you 🥰

Ordered what I thought was quality cotton items.
It’s actually thin fabric, poorly made Chinese products. Customer service is just AI circular responses.
If it was once an Australia company it’s sold out now.
