This is by far the best agent I have dealt with. They are so personnable and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The guys are so accomodating, often work late into the night and can’t do enough to help. They operate with so much integrity, have reasonable rates and whatsmore, they deliver on what they promise. I have 4 properties in Adlington managed by these guys and I just cannot reccomend them enough

We were recommended by a friend to Terry Walker at Wynn & Walker. I'm so glad they did as we were first time Landlords and Terry couldn't have be more helpful. He does know the industry inside out with it's many rules and regulations. He showed professionalism and patience with us due to our many queries and questions we fired at him. Terry will talk to you 7 days a week, up until 10 o'clock at night on weekdays and the same goes for our tenants which must be unheard of in this industry. He will also do viewings out of hours, again 7 days and also will vet prospective tenants in their homes. Surely, also unheard of ?Their fees are very reasonable and judging by other reviews, I've seen, tenants fees are considered reasonable too. My only concern was that our property let was in Bolton/Blackburn outside the Chorley area in which they are based but it didn't seem to make any difference in the end as we did let it quite quickly. Would heartily recommend to anyone.
