I ordered 3 in 1 gummies on January 19th and I have contacted customer service multiple times with NO RESPONSE OR STATUS OF MY ORDER. THIS IS A SCAM.

I sent in and paid for an order in January 2025 and still have not received it. I have sent 4 messages about it to them and they do not teply

DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM COMPANY. Purchased on Jan. 23rd and paid for express processing. Received on Feb. 24th. Contacted company 6 times and never received a response. Disputed the charge with my bank and the company responded and stated "attempted to contact customer and never received reply" and that my dispute was a lie. This company is a FRAUD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They refuse to respond to emails. They lie and steal your money. They guarantee satisfaction, well go figure they refuse to respond to a return request. I WILL BE FILING A BBB COMPLAINT. I'm willing to bet that once I contact BBB they will respond. I bet all the ads are their friends and family. SCAM COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

When I received my product, the bottles were open and it leaked out. I reached out to customer service immediately. They did nothing not one response horrible so if their customer service can’t back up their product can you imagine if their product is any good? I definitely couldn’t tell you because half the insides of the jar were out exposed. If I wanna get some of this Shilajit, I’ll get it someplace else.

Ordered on Jan 20th it’s now Feb 21st sent multiple emails and have not received a response or my order

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered from XARA Shilajit and was told my package had been delivered, but I never received it. I first contacted them on 7 January to report the issue—no response. I followed up on 11 January—still nothing. Emailed again on 20 January, and, unsurprisingly, complete silence. No proof of delivery, no photo, no details on where the package was supposedly left. Just radio silence. This is unacceptable. If a company can’t even be bothered to respond to multiple customer inquiries, they don’t deserve the business. I expect a full refund immediately. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being ignored and left empty-handed.

I ordered on Feb 6th and it is now the 21st with no delivery, shipping confirmation, or response to my emails. This is a straight up scam, BUYER BEWARE. I am initiating a dispute with PayPal today to get my money back.

this is a scam order my product on 14 February 2025 and they fake a delivery that I received. This scam plays on men emotions of thinking that they can help with a men T level, libido and sexual performance etc. This company needs to be investigated by the FDA and BBB, and shut down.

I ordered on the 6th Feb and have not received anything!.... its now the 20th Feb! Attempted to contact the courier company... CRICKETS! This is probably the worst customer services I have experienced.

Product ordered January 25th. Never showed up. No replies to my emails. Definitely a scam. Reported as fraud to my bank.

Bought the 120 day supply. Tracking workednfor me. It did take awhile to get here. I took two a day for the first 30 days. Zero effects of the reported gains they claim it has. None at all. This was a complete waste of money. Try a better quality product. These were worthless.

Do not buy from this company it's a scam. I ordered mine on February 1st and we are now the 14th and nothing, they won't answer ur calls or respond to ur emails. I paid for fast shipping just to give them money i guess

I order the Xara Shilajit gummies and have not received them. I have emailed the company, called customer service (with no answer). This place is a complete scam. I am going to be contacting a friend in federal law enforcement and see if he can look into this company

I ordered from the St people on January the 20th. They took my money right away. Its been three weeks and still no product and no emails. I just gave them $66 for nothing. Don't trust these people. I bet half the people that give good reviews work for them.

More than a month and nothing at the door don't even answer your damn phone nor email worth a crap and you rip me i demanded my money back damn it

Absolute scam of a.product.Ordered some in November 24 and was given tracking number but produce never arrived. Attempted to email them and response was package sent back to factory as undeliverable. Asked to be sent again and was told it was resent. Never arrived and constant requests for refund are totalyy ignored. They are totally unreliable and warn all buyers to NOT purchase from them.

Bunch of scammers, I ordered last 11 January, tracking number was sent to email. Last 01 Feb. I did not receive any info prior to the delivery, I just saw when I checked the tracking number that it was delivered past 7pm. No one delivers at past 7pm here in our area unless you’re a grab food delivery. I even check all CCTV’s at home no one came around that time. Even the door ring camera did not capture any one around that time and even before that time. On top of it, I was at home the whole time that day. Never entrust your money and confidence at these scammers.
