I spent $1500 for an X4 office chair that’s just not very comfortable. The seat adjustments are not easy to manipulate. The ELEMAX heating/cooling/massage is a complete waste of money and is only on... See more

Most uncomfortable chair I have used in over 40 years
Most uncomfortable chair I have had in over 40 years. Over aggressive lumbar support attacks your back at ever level. Customer Service not helping. Caught Covid and was out and so could not meet the 30 return policy and now I feel stuck with a horribly uncomfortable chair for a thousand bucks.
Reviews are cherry-picked, another defective chair
I bought an x3 chair which ended up having some defects -- there were scratches and damage to the aluminum base, some upholstery was crooked, and the chair ended up creaking badly after about a week of use (and the mechanism isn't user-oilable). It's supposed to be returned, an RMA has been approved, but it's been a full week and they still haven't sent a return kit.
I tried to leave a honest but critical review on the x-chair website, similar to the above, but they've refused to publish it. They have published other more recent reviews with higher star ratings. Keep this in mind when viewing reviews on the site -- they are cherry picking to inflate the star rating and tailor the reviews as something of a marketing message.
Defective Chair, No replacement No refund
My wife bought a chair, I assembled it and it's defective. Adjustments do not work after assembly. Can't disassemble to replace the seat. I have reached out and contacted the company many times and they will not respond or reimburse or replace the chair. This has been going on for months. I am receiving replacement parts but they are useless.
