I wanted to return part of my order, and because I had chosen to pay by afterpay I had to send it back to them by post. As opposed to nearly all internet stores these days a retourformulier is not included in the package nor is it possible to request electronically, so I had to call them. After waiting for 35 minutes (!) on the phone I finally got someone on the line who said they would send me a retourformulier. I did not receive this so I called again. This time I was hung up on after 50 (!) minutes. I then sendt an email requesting the form, and now 4 days later I still haven't received the form. The sichttermijn is nearing its end so I am forced to continue dealing with them to get the required form, but this is certainly the last time I ever order anything from here!

Everything quickly and reliably. One of the most successful shopping!

Regret ,but i will never buy again .....things are looking nice but lowwwwwwwwww quality and expensive !!!

Ordered a few things and they were delivered very quickly (next day). There was a small problem with one of my orders but the staff swiftly responded and the money was refunded quickly!

Wanted these bottles all the time when I went to Xenos, but thought they were to expensive, but now I got them for 50% less, took 3 :D

I was surprised and delighted to discover that Xenos now have a webshop. The selection and service were very good and I have no hesitation in using them again. In fact, I did use them again two days later so that says a lot!

As I wanted several items from Xenos and knew that they didn't have one item stocked in my nearest store location, I decided to use their online service. Order process went very smooth and deliver was as expected. However upon unpacking I found that one item was missing out of one of the sets as described. Instead of a set of 4, there were only 3. I immediately made a phone call to report the missing item, and had a very friendly experience with the customer service rep who promised to ship out the missing piece right away. It is now 5 days later and I still don't have the missing piece or any further communication except for the request to write a review. So here it is...

Item #608476 "Metalen mand rond, set van 4 - koper" The largest, the smallest and one of the middle sizes were delivered, with the smaller two packed inside the larger basket. But one of the set is missing. If needed I can provide you with the diameters of the baskets delivered, but it is the next largest size missing I think.
