Good delivery

The doors were good quality but not suitable so I arranged a return. After 10 days and numerous attempts to chase, I have received no confirmation that my refund is being processed. In fact there was very little communication throughout the process. I remain £400 out of pocket!

First door arrived with edge damage and the cardboard packaging was useless. No protection to the edges of the frame and it looked like a fork lift had scrapped the cardboard. Second door arrived and I was asked to remove packaging to check it and this one was damaged where there was a puncture hole in the cardboard. Considering these are not lightweight doors, you'd think better packaging would be used. Now waiting for the third door to arrive, Don

The doors were handled with great care during delivery, I recently had flooring delivered by another company and half of the order was ruined by a driver that couldn’t care less this experience was the exact opposite. Well done!

Great communication prior to the delivery date. Your advice was to ring on the delivery date after 7am and you could give me a time slot eta which was accurate because by
7-45 am your driver had delivered and was winding his way off to his next delivery.

Ordered 2 Suffolk original doors, 1 40mm fire door and 1 35mm. Upon deliver 40mm door had to be returned due to damage. Upon receipt of replacement both doors fitted. However, there is an obvious difference in appearance between the two doors. The rebates (grooves between the 6 vertical panels) and the bottom panel on the 35mm door appear to be a different colour (almost white) to the rest of the door and certainly stand out more than the 40mm door. Having previously bought 4 doors in this range (3 x35mm & 1 40mm) none of which had this obvious colour difference I am disappointed with my purchase.

The doors took a while to come as they were out of stock. When they arrived the driver was very helpful and polite.
The doors were very well packaged and I am very pleased with them. Would recommend this company.

Confirmation of delivery date via text message and delivered on the day. Great product and great service.

First delivery was missing 2 doors, waited another week for missing doors & they arrived wrong type, waiting now 10 days until 30/05/2024, lets see what's wrong this time. So nearly a month since they were supposed to arrive, shocking.

Doors arrived on time and the driver was very helpful. I have bought from the supplier many times and the quality of the doors are superb. All packaged well.

All the doors eventually arrived, two were delayed because they were out of stock.
The quality of the doors are fantastic, great looking doors.
