Emailed the company three times and still haven't received a reply. I am missing two presale orders that should have been here within 3 weeks. Its now been over a month and no one is replying or providing an update. Really bad service.
Avoid!
Placed order on 21st November, received a phone call almost 2 weeks later saying items not in stock, went through the website with him on the phone and switched items for something else.
Still no order another week or so later, sent emails and messages chasing, received another phone call (3 weeks after ordering now) to say the items are not in stock again !!
They said they will give a refund but i'm still waiting for that, avoid like the plaque - total waste of time and still hanging onto my money !
