WHERE HAVE THEY GONE?
I bought a pair of Shure earphones from xomy in September 2009.
I was so impressed by the website, and the speed with which the phones were delivered, that I gave them a glowing reference on their after-sale survey.
The phones have developed a fault, and I have tried to contact xomy both online and by telephone without success.Typing the web address brings up a list of social networking websites through whom one can read about xomy, BUT NO DIRECT ACCESS TO xomy.Ringing the phone number puts one through to a pre-recorded message, but one is unable to leave a message.
Does anyone know what the situation is?
