The customization menu for the computers are very well laid out and update your price in real time as you update the parts. Very helpful when you are on a budget trying to get the best system possible.

i like how easy it was ordering online

i like how easy it was ordering online, and all the cool upgrade options, oh and what i thought was pretty dope was the ability to pay extra on a rush build as it said rush builds ship within 1-4 days instead of 5-9 days so i was like oh hell yeah, i paid it, on the 2nd day i still haddn't gotten any tracking pr delivery information, so i contacted support and they told me they were waiting for my order to ship from the manufacturer then it will be 1-4 days from there... umm wait hold up thats not what it said on your website, it said nothing about waiting on it being shipped to you first.. so that pissed me off and not what i expected.

I had a custom built PC totaling a…

I had a custom built PC totaling a little over 8k dollars with additional hardware needing to be replaced. Back in september of 2024. My computer has had nothing but issues. I've had the CPU replaced, the AIO replaced, and the touch screen replaced. It was dropped in transit via UPS. I had to have the chassis replaced, and that's all Xotic did. After I received the PC back from service, it wouldn't turn on unless I hit the side of the computer hard. The expensive Lian Li fans I had had to be replaced due to bearing failures. Now the power supply is iffy. I went to Best Buy and had them look over my computer, and they stated that Xotic PC should have put a new motherboard and power supply in my computer after it was dropped hard by UPS because the power supply and motherboard have capacitors in them that are sensitive to shocks and hits. I've been trying to get this issue resolved with Xotic for over 4 or 5 months now, and each time they send an email saying I should have an email from ASUS; I never get one. And to add insult to injury, Xotic PC wants me to pay for shipping for something I didn't cause. Next time I need a PC, I will build my own. I STILL HAVENT heard back from them to this very day 9/16/2025. its been over 5 or 6 months waiting on a email Never order from Xotic PC. Customers are not their top priority, in my experience. And i advise other to proceed with caution. I will be posting this same review on MULTIPLE Social media outlets to show others what my experience was like.

We do want to clarify that every system sent through our RMA process goes through extensive, multi-hour stress testing by two separate technicians before it leaves our facility. These tests ensure all components — including the motherboard and power supply — are performing flawlessly under heavy load. While we respect Best Buy’s input, their assessment is inaccurate. We’ve shipped and serviced thousands of systems through UPS, and isolated shocks in transit do not damage motherboards or power supplies, as they’re designed to handle such conditions.

That said, we never want a customer to feel unheard or unsupported. Our team would be happy to take another look and work toward a resolution to get your system running perfectly. Please reach out directly to our service department so we can make this right.

XOTIC PC vision compact stealth

I talked to them in the past about another build. I saw this one in my price range and at the right time. They are an amazing company and my pc was built very well. It’s fast and it runs music software and plug ins well and it runs gaming software very well. Everything was set up on the pc running very smooth and easy to manage. Quality. I will only buy an XOTIC PC after seeing their quality and warranty. I am prior United States Army. They are a military company which is a true standard to their quality and it shows in my pc and what I’ve seen in others as well. If you want quality and a warranty that’s common sense. I highly recommend pulling the trigger. Everyone I spoke to was very cool. I talked to them off and on for three years before I decided to buy my pc. I’m grateful for my purchase and quality build.

Useless warranty

Terrible customer service. Spent 6k on a PC and had to RMA their custom liquid cooling they built within 4 months. They dragged their feet in evaluating it, 2 weeks after they received it they told me some of the radiator fans were bent. ( It was broken in the first place, and I shipped to them fully bubble wrapped ). Then proceeded to try to sell me an AIO over 30% mark up from the vendor. What a joke. Warranty is useless. Total trash company.

After reviewing your RMA, our technicians found that the radiator and parts you sent in were not packaged securely, which unfortunately caused the damage we observed when they arrived. Because only parts (not the full system) were returned and they weren’t protected with the necessary packing materials, the items were compromised during transit.
