I have been ordering parts through xparts.dk for a while now during my light restoration project, and I have had a consistently positive experience.

Recently, I placed a combined order and found that some parts were missing when I received the package. I contacted xparts.dk via email regarding this issue, and within half an hour, I received a response acknowledging their mistake. They assured me that the missing parts would be shipped promptly at no additional cost. True to their word, I soon received a new tracking number in the GLS app as proof.

Overall, their customer service is exemplary. While I was initially disappointed by the small hiccup, I understand that mistakes happen, and I appreciate how efficiently they resolved the issue.

Their service is unacceptable. I ordered in February 2017, they shipped in April 2017 an incomplete order.

I ordered 3 harness wires but the shipped only 2. When I requested my money back, the answer was that they would send me the last harness wire!!! I just need my money back. I tried to contact them many months and many times, they hardly answered me.

THE WORST SERVICE FROM XPARTS.DK and I WILL TELL OTHERS NOT TO BUY FROM THEM AS WELL.

I wish their business will be getting worse and worse.
