I had a gift certificate for an Experience. I redeemed it and added more money via credit card. They sent a receipt, but never provided a way to book the event. Numerous calls went unanswered. At least 10 emails each resulted in a standard response that did not help. I could log in to their site and see my credit, but there was no calendar, or button to book the event. Only after I reported them several times to the Better Biz Bureau, did they finally send me a link to book. Be careful of this company.
