Bought the PS3 database April 2016, got an email confirmation and money was taken. Did I ever receive the product key to activate the application? its been 4 years and I still haven't received it or even gotten a reply from the company. they are a scam, shop elsewhere

The last time i left a review i gave a honest one and that was a few years back, So as anything changed as the company changed it way and left help for the customer have they changed in too a honest company. As someone with 1 braincell taken over the company and listened too it future customers?

No, There support page is not working so there no help there. The only way that seem too contact them is by email, There more chance of making a rocket out of a bin and getting too the moon in 1hour then getting a reply so don't bother emailing. Don't look like they sell the item anymore so the company is close or even dead they stay they will support after 2018 stopping the sale of item but lets be real they never helped when people paid and there company was doing pretty good theres not chance they will help know there not making money. Whats sad is that if they never ripped off the buyers of the ps3 version like me then we may have surported the company in its problem days but all they wanted was money and in away put a middle finger up too there customer. A company no matter how big or small can only survive if people buy there items and when you have 100s or even maybe 1000s of people saying they have been ripped off then the future buyer go somewhere else and the buyer that have been ripped off never buy or trust your company again leading it too it death.

This product does not even work it does not even startup. I contacted them about my log-in credentials. |They replied and it still does not work. All my money down the drain. AVOID. Go to a different game save database company.

AVOID AT ALL COST, they will answer your messages before you buy it, but ounce bought it they ignore all your messages and the games list is never updated and its a total waste of £29, SAVE YOUR MONEY

Doesn't work! Tried several times of the last 3 years............ waste of time & money :-(

this product sucks it never worked and all the games are old DO NOT BUY no updates ever

I bougth there software for PS4 sins it went online, they never did an update most of the games are not working! It is after a Year just a Beta version.

But they are still updating there homepage with misleading Youtube clips

Don´t buy any tool from them.

A great product, very easy to use and a huge number of game saves to choose from...

Item doesnt work at all. No reply on emails. And no contact number at all to ask for advice.

They won’t let you comment on their Facebook or Twitter page. They don’t respond to emails and the product is not fit for purpose. It actually does not do anything. Their is a much better alternative program does what this program doesn’t at all

I have absolutely no idea how to contact Xploder, i have tried emailing and there is no contact telephone number that i know of. The email i sent was replied with a message requesting i open a ticket by clicking the link supplied. This link only takes you to the so called 'support center'. There are limited choices to the problems you may be experiencing and if they aren't covered then what next?

Enjoy their last gen consoles, and so am I considering there are still a lot of good games to enjoy, especially on PS 2, and if you have an HDTV this is an almost perfect solution to enjoy some crisper images on your tv set. Of course effect of this upscaling is not like ps3 or 360 graphics, but it's a got improvement for PS2 games.
