Do not buy

Do not buy! Camera quality is terrible even for the price! The camera arrived after 20 days postage… opened the box and the quality is shocking, they advertise the SD card as a SanDisk but it’s a cheap Chinese made SD card. I asked to return the camera and a refund and all I got after waiting a few days for a reply was that the refuse to refund. Terrible customer service and I would stay well away

Brought the digital film camera for my travels in SE Asia and made my life so much easier, instead of having to pull my phone out to take a picture I just used the camera, couldn’t recommend this camera enough if you want a different way of taking photos

4 weeks to arrive. Faulty product. Return and refund refused. Do not purchase!

I purchased this as a gift for my sister but wasn't able to give it to her as it took four weeks to arrive (after being advertised as 3-5 working days) so she had already left on her trip by the time it got here. Having read many reviews, this seems to be a common occurrence for most customers.
After using the camera once, the menu page started to freeze regularly. It got to a point where the only way to return to the camera function was to power it off and on again - something that takes forever because the camera is such poor quality. After reaching out to customer service to request a return, I then provided video evidence which proves the issue. They responded by saying the product was not faulty and will not accept a return or refund. I am appalled by the whole experience and urge people not to buy this product.

Scam company

Ordered a camera mid January and it still has not arrived. Customer service has told me that they can't cancel the order because "it's been handed over to logistics" (irrelevant) and there has been no updates other than that a label has been created 2 weeks ago.
This is definitely a scam company - I have filed a chargeback with my bank and will be reporting the company. Do not order from this company, you can find a good quality digital camera second hand for cheap.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful.

This company is terrible.
The products are terrible.
The ordering process had issues, the shipping had issues, the actual items themselves have issues and my order wasn’t correctly packaged.

Bad all around

Customer service did not help what so ever and basically told me there was nothing they could do for me- even though my issues had been vocalized from the get go.
I have been back and forth with them since the beginning of December- it is now February.
So please know that if they comment under this to reach out to them to discuss further- the only further that I will accept is a refund.

Do yourself a favour and don’t do it.

Do not buy

This product is NOT worth the money. It feels cheap, there are many other digital cameras out there that I wish I had bought instead.

Communication was awful. I sent several emails and, despite the website claiming that they would reply within 24 hours, I never received a reply.

Do not buy from this website.

Not worth the money or hassle.

The quality is exactly how every other review says it is, very cheap plastic buttons that seem like they could fall out at any point.
Also very strict with the return policy, to the point where you basically have to not even open the package or else your return will not be valid.
Delivery takes anywhere between 4-6 weeks, as it comes from mainland China.

Regarding delivery: over the holiday period we experienced a significant backlog with international carriers, which unfortunately meant some orders arrived outside our usual 6–10 day shipping window. We fully understand how frustrating that is, and we’re sorry for the delay caused.

On the product itself, we want to clarify a common misconception. Our cameras are intentionally designed to be lightweight and minimal, inspired by early digital and disposable-style cameras. This is a deliberate design choice to prioritise portability, simplicity, and a retro shooting experience — not an indicator of poor build quality.

Thousands of customers use these cameras daily without issue, and all units go through quality checks before dispatch.

As for returns, our policy is in place because we sell electronic items. Once opened and used, we’re unable to resell them safely or fairly — which is why returns must remain unused. We always recommend reviewing the product details and sample images carefully before purchasing so expectations are clear.

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM! The camera you receive does not look like the camera in the photo it has no lego, and plastic cheap and flimsy. The quality of the photo is unbelievable bad, almost like taking a photo of a kids watch camera made by Vtech! £75 waited 4 weeks for a piece of rubbish!

Big scam, horrible customer service. Stay away!

The customer service is horrendous! I waiting a month for my parcel, with no communication from them regarding the delay. When I request a refund the day it was finally delivered, they didn’t accept it. Such a scam, stay clear you’ll regret giving them your money!!!

Extremely misleading advertising.

Extremely misleading advertising.

Retro camera (cheap option) is quite terrible.

The quality of the camera itself is flimsy and feels hollow.
Photos are no where near as good as the videos show - a calculator would take a better photo.
Transferring photos is unclear.
Cbf to return as to be fair - for a camera all in itself it’s not too bad a price but super misleading.
Wouldn’t recommend whatsoever.

Worst quality ever

Worst quality ever, extremely pixelated even after adjusting the settings manually. Not the aesthetic quality as advertised at all. Took over a month to come with no response to emails. Get the Kodak Pixpro FZ55 instead. Not perfect but definitely better, especially on specific modes.
