Cute Yellow Polkadot Dress!
This is the third order I have placed with Xpluswear. I ordered the yellow polkadot dress in 3XL/22/24 on 7/14/26 and received it on 8/8/26. The dress is true to size and fits as expected. It matches the description and photo on the website. The material is a bit thinner than I expected, but overall I'm happy with the purchase.

If there was a zero star, that's what I'll give to them. Do not shop here except you want to be scammed. Ordered a gold and black dress, with full "standing" peplum and frills, the essence of the dress for me. Recieved a yellow and black dress, fabric is cheap looking and dress is poorly made,whole dress is flaccid with barely any frills compared to the one that was on their page. The edges are unravelling , torn and an overall mess. They want me to pay to return the dress. Do not touch them with a 10 foot pole

NOT WORTH THE WAIT!
3 outfits and non of them are made like the pictures on the site. 200 and they are very cheap looking and cheaply made. One item is the denim dress with flower HaHa!! The denim and the cheapest looking denim you can buy and the sticking is nothing like the picture neither is the flower. Im so upset because I waited all this time to get item like this that i still don’t want to wear. A suite look Ivory and cool look well its a see thru white one no lining; just one stitch that will pop soon as you sit down.

⭐ 1/5 — What I received looks NOTHING like what was advertised
I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Xpluswear, from the complete lack of customer service to the actual quality of the clothing I received.
I placed my order on July 7th because I specifically wanted these outfits for my birthday party on August 1st. I understood that one item was listed as a preorder, but as the date got closer and I still had no idea when my order would arrive, I emailed the company multiple times asking for an update or even an estimated delivery date.
Not one response. Nothing. Complete silence.
My birthday came and went with no order and no communication whatsoever. The package finally arrived on August 12th — more than a month after I ordered it and 11 days after the event I purchased it for.
Unfortunately, the shipping delay wasn’t even the worst part.
The clothes I received are nothing like the photos being used to advertise them. The materials feel cheap, the construction and sewing are poor, the fit and structure are completely different, and some of the details shown online simply aren’t there.
The green outfit is probably the most ridiculous example. Their advertising photos make the fabric look beautifully textured and structured with an embossed-looking pattern. The outfit I received does not have that texture. Instead, it appears to be inexpensive fabric with a flat PRINT attempting to imitate the textured pattern shown in the product photos. Even the overall shape and structure look completely different.
I would have included comparison photos if allowed because people should be able to see the difference between what is being advertised and what actually arrived.
The orange dress was equally disappointing. The beautiful, flowing, structured look shown online is absolutely not what I received. The quality and construction do not resemble the advertised garment.
At this point, I want my money back. Considering I couldn’t even get a response when I was simply asking where my order was, I have very little confidence that getting a refund is going to be easy.
Buyer beware. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Xpluswear. I wasted my money, wasted my time, missed the event I specifically purchased the clothing for, received merchandise that does not resemble what was advertised, and couldn’t get a single response from customer service.
I will never purchase from this company again.

If I can give a zero, I would. I received one of the 4 items I ordered. The dress was not like I ordered. I sent them pictures of the dress, they offered me a small amount and if I wanted to send the dress I had to pay the return shipping! Why pay more for something that’s not worth you paid for the item. I am still waiting for the 3 other dresses I ordered. This is unexceptionable. I will never order from this company again. I’m going to give the first dress I received away. The outfits I ordered were very pretty, I’m hoping that the remaining order will be worth the wait. I will report this company to the BBB. Common sense says: make sure your products are worth what your

My first order was a total disaster. I spent over $50.00 and the order was nothing like the picture. When it was delivered it was cheap looking. It wasn't the same color nor was it the same jeans material. I contact them and was told to keep the order and I was told I would receive 50% of a refund and never received my $25.00. As a follow up on a review from July 19th and an order placed on July 6th, I have yet to receive my order. Tracking information was provided but no packages have arrived. I’ve filed a complaint once again. This is truly unacceptable and over the top. I need a resolve to this situation. Customer service and follow up needs a major overhaul. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone!
