2 days lang na hindi ko na received yung Item nga inorder ko ni Return to Seller agad. Di man lang tumawag na eh dedeliver na nila yung item that day di katulad nang Ninjavan or 2Go na nag iinform kung ma dedeliver na nila yung Item that day nakakainis. Tsaka yung Billing address ko is sa office namin nag dedeliver sila gabi na which is out nako sa office at around 5:30PM.

WORST

WORST. just received my package few minutes ago and ive got to say this is THE WORST COURIER OUT THERE. Napakatamad ng mga nagdedeliver. I was patient enough kasi it took two weeks before my parcel was delivered. Before it was delivered I noted in the parcel the instructions on how to get to our house. Tumawag pa yung delivery guy TWICE para iconfirm. ang ending pinuntahan ko pa din sa kanto kasi "di daw sila pumupunta don" I've used a lot of other courier and had ZERO trouble. its not the first time to use XPost pero dahil eto ang last option I did. but still hasnt change. still the worst.

NAPAKATAMAD

NAPAKATAMAD! Isang beses lang nag-attempt to deliver tapos RTS na agad. Was not able to receive the package since pauwi pa ako nung nag-attempt ng delivery. Sinabi kong iResched because it might take a while bago makarating sa bahay, XPOST did not respond. Instead, an update was sent to me telling me that the parcel was already processed for RTS. Nakakabanas! It took them 12 days to deliver the parcel from Manila to Cebu, but alas! Naibalik na ang item sa seller in 4 days! Naknampota kayo XPOST. Magsara na kayo mga tamad!

Unprofessional Courier

Very late! you will just waste your time waiting, The item is in the delivery hub for 3 days within our area still no movement. If they say out for delivery expect within a day-expect it within ten years. Ill make sure to block this courier company in our place, and Ill make sure to let the delivery guy suffer.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Been waiting for my item for over 2 weeks now and as I have track my package it has not moved from their distribution team for over two weeks.

They are very nice and great to work…

They are very nice and great to work with from the start but after a month of using their service, issues are here and there.

They will declare the item as lost if they cannot deliver it within the time frame and will compensate us sellers but we lose return customers and suffer negative reviews.

Some instances, they will state that customer was not there to receive when if fact they did not deliver it at all - no messages whatsoever and there's always someone at home. Another is delivery people do not communicate well with customers about the time of delivery - they are not customer centric at all.

They also need more manpower since once the pickup guy was on holiday and no else was there to substitute him leading to delay and customer complains/negative feedback.

For now the most reliable courier is LBC even you if you pay a bit higher - their service is a lot better.

XPOST.PH - Most Dumb Courier in PH

I bought an item from a reseller in an online shop. I chose XPOST.PH as the courier. The item was ordered November 8, 2018, the seller said that the item was shipped 'unfortunately, I have no idea about courier services that time, that is why I chose XPOST.PH as the courier to ship my ordered item to my address'. I have waited a long time. Imagine it was ordered November 8, 2018 and was just delivered in November 22nd, 2018 that was very long time while I lived only in the Metro. Usual delivery takes 7 days the most in Metro. BEWARE: TO THOSE WHO WANTS TO SHIP OR DELIVER THIER ITEMS VIA COURIER, DO NOT CHOOSE XPOST.PH, THEY ARE THE MOST DUMB COURIER IN THE PHILIPPINES.
