Trust all the negative reviews listed here but i definitely don't trust the 5 star one as they were not operating anymore in October as per their claims. i think this was posted by them maybe.
BEWARE Xshippers!!! they are scammers, liars, thieves, anything but a shipping service company to be trusted. Dealing with them especially with Tony Issa the rudest, unpolite, worst kind of person i have ever dealt with, was the worst experience ever. i place expensive orders of designers items so you can imagine the high cost of my packages, in the beginning things were somehow ok, despite all the ways they try to charge much more than the $25/kgs in indirect ways, but then they claimed that all packages were destroyed during the Dubai storm, which was a total lie, then a month later they stopped sending all my packages, sending me one item once in a while, while i had plenty of items worth $10,000 held at their warehouses, they stopped answering calls and msgs and if they ever answer they would lie all the time, sometimes promising to send the packages, another time, saying that they don't have any packages for me left there, although i sent proofs of delivery handed to their employee there, they claim that UPS is to be blamed but i called UPS many times and during many incidents and they told me that Xshippers are not paying their dues to UPS and that they have financial issues with UPS, even one of the warehouses owners they used to rent said they are involved in money laundering. Then lately, i spoke with one of their team Fadi who claimed that they closed the company and that Tony Issa and his sister Hiam left and as usual lies and lies. Bunch of Liars!
NEVER TRUST OR DEAL WITH THEM!

I don't know why some people leave bad personal experiences, even though I used the service more than five times and it was a good and honest experience and fast shipping from America compared to shop&ship, highly recommended ,legit and trustworthy.

This shipping company owned by Tony Issa phone number : 961-76-431308 living in Lebanon and his partner Fadi Phone Number : 961-81-441-673 / living in USA is the worst I have ever dealt with. As a conclusion, they are scammers, thieves, liars, deceivers.
The first time I lost my money and goods because of a pretext that all the goods were lost in a storm that hit UAE in April 2024. All they said that they couldn't do anything for the reason that it wasn't their fault.
I tried buying a second time from EBAY USA on August 5, 2024, but unfortunately, this time also, I lost my money and my goods.
They sent me a tracking with UPS after I paid all the charges via WISH account to Tony Issa, nonetheless this tracking stayed pending since August 14th till today.
When I was able to call UPS in the USA, they told me that Xshippers are Fraud, that their account was blocked and that UPS cannot do anything with my tracking.

DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY XSHIPPERS. ALL YOU WILL ACQUIRE IS DECEPTION, LOST OF MONEY AND MERCHANDISE

i used to have big bundles..
i lost my money for the bundle + my packages for their fraud ups accounts
And they recovered nothing

I made a trial shipment with them to establish trust for further business. They say 25$/kg but then they overcharge you by: 1. not consolidating your packages. and 2, they don't charge for exact weight: I paid 50$ for 1260g package. their response "we're sorry we forgot to consolidate your package, next time we will". How about you refund me 25$ or credit the amount to my next shipment to make me give them a second chance?
The more important issue, I got one of my items' box torn wide open. their response was: "that's not our fault, we are just the middlemen, you wanna file a complaint on the customs inspector?" it's not my f*ing job to file a complaint. You advertise your service as "door to door" and I expect my items to arrive factory sealed the way they were delivered to you warehouse. they were like "if you don't want your items opened up you need to register a company and use your company name to ship packages"! I mean W.T.F!
After that experience, and while looking for an alternative company, I came across one of their previous corporate clients who told me that a lot of Xshippers' clients lost money and goods because of the storm that hit UAE the month before (April 2024). (probably told them to file a complaint against GOD)
Basically, they're happy to take your money but not willing to take responsibility for any of their mistakes.

its not a real company they are scammer plus you will not get your rights be careful you will lose your money and stuffs
also you will hear we are not responsible

Scammers , You will lose your shipments & all the boxes under their many accounts as flagged as fraud
