I was not sure what to expect because of the price but these guys blew my mind. The laptop is looks no different from a brand new one. I've had it for less than 3 weeks now and I am so happy with the purchase.
I'm so gonna find out more about the warranty.

I received a damaged item and they actually sorted it rather quickly.

I would use them again but I'm not sure if I would go down the refurbishment root.

For 5 stars

* extend the warranties perhaps for an extra fee.
* Share descriptions of what has been refurbished per item.
* Include a contact number instead of just email.
* Large items for returns should be picked up rather than the customer having to travel to the post office. Especially for damaged goods over 38 inches.

They did sent me a nice monitor in the end which is mint.

Best service I have had in a very long time. Quick easy and very informative and for a Laptop which was described as having a few superficial marks on the exterior, it was floorless. Excellent condition and price.
I am so Happy Xsonly really saved me. I would 100% recommend Xsonly and I will be using Xsonly again real soon.
