I bought a Nitecore NU53 headlamp from Slovakia After 15days I told them the battery indicator does not work correctly. It shows full battery charge all the time even if the light is getting down because the battery is flat. Today is the 19th days I have notified them and they are received a video as an evidence about this glitch,which obviously a factory or construction issue. However they are saw the video and noticed the issue after 19days I have no light during fishing that I have paid for that causing me absololutely inconvenience , I have not got my money back either to buy a useful one from somwhere else. Top of it the headlamp afrer 2-3minutes use on 1800lumen the headlap case gets incredibly hot, you canmot even tuch that and it burned out my mosquito net. All this is during you wearing the headlamp on your head. This lamp is an absolute garbage and the company who sold it to me acting like an absolute clueless team.

Yesterday (July 22nd), we received the returned headlamp and immediately forwarded it to our supplier for expert assessment. Simultaneously, today (July 23rd), we initiated a full refund of the product's payment through our payment gateway to compensate you for the inconvenience. Although the supplier's assessment process is still ongoing, we believe that a refund is the fairest solution in this case.
As a small company, we pride ourselves on honesty and the satisfaction of every customer. We would never intentionally deceive anyone. We offer a wide range of products from various manufacturers, and with every complaint, we work closely with our suppliers to ensure a fair and swift resolution.
