Stay away! They gave me a false tracking number, told me my boots where in the post, then said they out of stock after taking my money, then lied that they had refunded me refused to reply to paypal who got my money back. From their track record they do this alot.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY.
They’ve sent me out the wrong pair of shoes TWICE. I returned the first pair as it was the wrong description on the Debenhams website. It happens. But then when I received the wrong ones again I couldn’t believe it!
Then I get an email to say they’re out of stock of the correct shoes, even though you’re able to buy them on their website. Utter shambles. Obviously no one cares there.

Excellent customer services. I had been sent the wrong colour item through the website playing up and contacted I customer services and they asked me to arranged a collection. My money was credited and even the postage was given back. They were so helpful and quick with their communication. The shoes were lovely and a great quality, just the wrong colour. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. I’m always worried about buying on line but i trust this company after my dealings with them. Thank you

I was very impressed by the result I received from Customer Service. I ordered a pair of sandals & it wasn’t until I realised that Ive hadn’t changed my address & they were going to be delivered to my old address which is empty & I don’t own anymore. I emailed Customer Services immediately I realised & asked if the address could be changed. They replied the same day & while they said they couldn’t change the address once ordered, they could cancel the order & give me a refund. So within a few days, I received my refund. Excellent *****

Lovely shoes, if a little small for me, but the Customer Services quickly resolved my query and it was dealt with within hours. Excellent service.

Excellent customer service with prompt communication

I bought some heels very last minute (Thursday 10pm) for an abroad wedding which we are due to fly to on the Sunday. Emailed the company in hope they could deliver them for Saturday and they couldn’t have be more helpful. Email reply received first thing Friday morning and my new heels sent straight out with Royal Mail so they would be here in time! Thankyou!!

I’m never buying from them ever again. Their customer service is terrible. Copy and pasted script and full of lies. I sent the item back and received no refund. I chased twice and they lied saying it had been issued. I then had to go to Debenhams and complain, the only reason I got my money back. Debenhams also confirmed a refund was never issued Good luck to you if you buy directly, because you’ll be robbed. This took me over 3 weeks including the week it was sent back and due to Debenhams partners return policy.

Shoes not worth it fit small, ordered from debenams wish i never did came in a shoddy box looks like market value cant be bothered to return looks tacky

Terrible reviews but I took a chance and I couldn't rate them highly enough boots are lovely quality and conformable with great prices I recieved them within a few days. Would buy again really pleased thanks.

I bought a pair of shoes online on Wednesday. I paid Premium Delivery to ensure they would be delivered for a Wedding on Saturday and they've failed to arrive (today is saturday) shocking they charge so much for premium delivery when they can't follow through with it.

I have worn pair of £50 boots twice and the shank has gone have emailed twice now and I have received no response and judging by other reviews unlikely too nice people can rip customers off during cost of living crisis

SCAM SHOP…DON’T BUY FROM. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN GOODS THEY DO NOT RESPOND WITH HOW TO RETURN SHOES, OR REFUND!!! I HAVE TRIED EVERY WAY TO GET IN TOUCH AND THEYVE IGNORED ME! 0* FROM ME!!

Disappointed that I returned shoes that were substandard and they deducted £3.99x2 for postage outbound and inbound for the privilege.
They told me to discard the other faulty pair I ordered, which is indicative of their value when they weren’t even worth them having back.
I won’t be ordering from them again, I’ve paid £8 for nothing.

Had to return the shoes for a refund, but after an initial miscommunication (on my part) regarding the delivery/return fees being deducted on faulty shoes, I’ve received a total refund. Great customer service, thanks

Shocking bad company. Sent me shoes that had cleary been worn, they were dirty and had a chunk missing out of the front. When I emailed them they completely ignored my email.
