As a jewelry maker who has an audience on Instagram, I regularly shop for high quality genuine gemstones. It is extremely difficult to purchase gemstone beads without being taken advantage of by poor quality and misrepresentation. I like xyz beads for the low price but honest quality - pictures and labels of natural vs enhancements which my customers care a lot about (ex. Dyes, synthetic materials and imitations). This is why I shop on xyz beads, plus the very reasonable shipping expense to Canada.

Every single item i buy for making my bead jewellery is of the highest quality and the prices are the best I've found. They have so much variety and despite a long journey from China to the UK, I'm always impressed with he shipping time. Customer service is responsive and super helpful. I don't buy my jewellery findings anywhere else.

Just received my first order from Xyzbeads and I’m super happy with my items. I ordered 21 products, most comprised of multiples, for example I ordered a 5 pack or 10 pack of a product. I was not missing anything and even received a few extras which was an added bonus. I purchased rings, ring blanks for my jewelry making business, and silicone molds for epoxy resin. I paid about $43 - $31 product, $17 shipping, $5 off coupon. It took about a week to receive via dhl. Quality of most items was awesome! One item arrived and didn’t look exactly like the picture, but the price was so cheap and since it’s still usable I won’t return it. Two other items were bent, but again they were so inexpensive (less than $1) I won’t bother returning them. I was definitely skeptical because the prices are so low, but I would 100% definitely order again. I got the exact same items that I ordered in the past from Amazon or Temu for a fraction of the price. Packaging was very secure and items were well protected. Trustworthy company. 👍👍 two thumbs up from me.

Ordered from them in early December. Never received the package. Was notified that is was transferred to USPS but upon contacting USPS they said the package has never been scanned into their possession. 2 months later the card that I paid for the materials with was hacked and my account was drained entirely. Thankfully my bank provided a resolution, however, I would never order from them again.

I ordered a large amount of Capiz shells all which arrived in the UK in excellent condition and in excellent time. Communication was good and efficient. Will definitely use them again.

I bought some products from them on June 3rd. Having no longer received any news regarding my order, on June 15th I wrote to their customer service asking for explanations and they replied "Sorry we will open at tomorrow 17, June, will ship your order out asap". Today, June 22, I checked their site and my order is still in "paking" status. I will never buy from them again.

I bought lots of items in small quantities and they were delivered perfectly and exactly as described. Customers have to read carefully about the items they are buying as from there you will be able to assess the durability and suitability for your creations.

I recently made a large purchase of jewelry findings and one item was some sterling silver earring hooks. I’ve bought silver earring hooks before so know quality and these were thin and cheap and bent almost as soon as they were touched. When I asked to exchange them they wanted “proof” of their lack of quality and asked for a video. I dutifully sent them one even though it was a ridiculous request, and they then proceeded to tell me that “that’s how they are because they’re sterling.” Not true. I’ve had many other much more substantial hooks from other companies, and it was difficult to tell quality on the website. I will not be purchasing from this company again and urge you not to either.
