Definitely something wrong with these guys.

In general, their services used to be good. No complains on products as well even though there used to mishaps in delivery.

however, since past 2 weeks, there isn't any availability shown with these guys. And their customer care is outrightly lying that they are sold out.
It's very evident from their api queries that they have configured the availability to look like sold out, but there wasn't any at all.
So, something's going on with them, probably with delivery partners.
But you should have had the guts to say it out loud that 'we are figuring it out and we will be back soon'. Instead you chose the route of lying ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Update: the refund was made after I threatened with a legal claim. Hence - changing this review to three stars. I truly hope they will keep it as a practice and will improve the service.

Terrible experience. They changed a two hour delivery slot to a six hour delivery slot, which means that during these six hours you have to stay home and wait for their delivery and in case you don’t hear a call or go to a bathroom and miss the delivery ring on your door then you’ll lose almost the whole amount (they promised to refund 7 eur out of 33 eur) and there won’t be a second delivery attempt and they won’t try to leave the food at your neighbor or near your door. This kind of rule is not written in their terms and conditions and they stopped responding to my messages when I referred to their terms and conditions. The same day when the delivery was canceled by them I contacted them and asked where I could pick up my groceries I ordered as I was willing to pick them up myself if their delivery failed - there was no response to that. Not recommended at all.

Have purchased multiple times hoping it would be better the next time around but always left a little disappointed.

Meat is always only one day from expiration date and weighs at least 100g less than what was paid for. Customer services reps also does not respond timely and does not seems to offer compensation or return of money.

Unfortunately, I don't recommend it anymore, it was so good service at first, however, with my 3 recent orders, the quality has gone downhill a lot. The first problem was the weight of the meat box, they were cheating on the weights, I ordered a 500g box of chicken breast, and when I weighed it at home it was only 344g. This time I received a box of meat that was damaged and without a cover, the meat was exposed and hanging out from the box, you can imagine transporting this box in a van like that without even a plastic cover.
I no longer recommend this service!

Fast delivery. Great variety of products. I made a very nice dinner for family together with my wife from food we ordered on yababa.
