Clear policy. Great customer service. It was my first time buying insurance for charter deposit.
Sadly the charter charmed me €330 for broke chair. My friend sat on it for first day and it snapped. They still charged me for it. Happy I got the insurance Very easy to deal with and they authorised my claim.
Recommend them over silly offers by charter companies. You want real insurance not deductible deposit !
They just ignore your emails or don't answer the phone. Takes weeks in getting a reply, this is for signing up two vessels with them can only imagine how they will assist anyone should they require a claim. Don't waste your time.

Last 8 years I work as a skipper. I have been with Yacht Pool for 3 years now and since there were no problems or damage, I had no issues with them, except paying for insurance. Last year (August, 2019) I had minor damage (caught a rope in propeller), fixed and paid for the damage to boat owner and send an insurance claim 5 days alter - with all documents needed. I got no reply from them, even after 15 emails, until I reached them over the telephone in December 2019 when they said they will wire the claim. It is now March 2020 and still nothing (even after 5 emails).
This is the last time I am working with them.
