I purchased my now wife’s engagement ring online in the midst of Covid due to your online reviews in mid 2020. Fast forward about 18 months we were needing wedding bands and decided how special it would be to travel to San Francisco from Southern California in order to pick out wedding bands. We were greeted and helped by the owners daughter (my apologies for not noting her name) and everything was incredible. She helped to custom make a wedding band for us.

We were married 5/5/22 and received multiple compliments on our wedding bands and her engagement ring. We will be returning for future jewelry purchases

I purchased a 1.8 carot diamond to have set in my band. The selection was awesome and purchasing was as pain free as could be. A couple weeks later an email update and delivery was set.
