I have ordered from this website multiple times. Most of their items fit as expected and when they don’t, they have a great return policy where they include shipping label and I would get shopping credit for my next purchase! Easy and no hassle!

I made a purchase recently and the item arrived with a defect. Fortunately, I reached out to customer service within the necessary time frame to request help. They were incredibly understanding and sent me out a replacement asap. I’m so pleased with their service.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the things I ordered and I was so excited that I loved everything I bought! Loved that the reviews helped with choosing a size, and the sizing chart was actually true to size. Shipping was very late, but overall, amazing. I will be ordering again.

I was honestly really surprised that my items were as good of quality as they are. I find the items are pretty true to size as well. Their customer support, was also quick to respond!

Terrible company and even worse customer service quality is terrible sizing is not accurate shein has better quality if that says anything the size that should fit wouldn't fit a kid so stay away from this business

Obviously when purchasing intimate wear via mail order, there are times when I don’t make the right size selection or an item that looks great online might not look so great When I’m actually wearing it. This is why I really appreciate working with the staff at Yandy.com whatever my issues been they have been extremely helpful to me to make it right! I have ordered three or four times and had a couple request which were resolved very quickly. I really appreciate working with them and the outfits that I chose look very sexy and I’m very happy with my choices!

Second time buying from Yandy, and had a great experience. They had the product in the size I needed, the order shipped immediately, and it arrived when I was told it would (before Christmas). Ordered the Donatella dress. It was SUPPOSED to be patent leather like the model on the photo! Its WET LEATHER! You have to be really careful when ordering patent leather because many times its a bait and switch! Item description has to say PATENT leather! If it doesnt but the photo is a patent outfit, it will be wet leather!

I order a lot from this company and for many years. They usually ship very quickly. I only had one incident where I did not receive a confirmation email for my order, and I was helped right away by their customer service. This is my trusted site for lingerie and costumes.

They only will give you store credit on returns. They say it’s advertised on the website which is not true. Do not trust. Do not purchase from here.
