My order came quick. I didn’t get my email confirmation at first but when I emailed them about it I got a quick response with my confirmation number and tracking number. I love their website and everything they have on there. I definitely took part in the $5 which was amazing. I couldn’t pass that great sale up. They definitely have reasonable prices as well.

I ordered 6 times from Yandy since May 17, 2023 and was pleased with their service and quality of lingerie, underwear, bras, bra sets and costumes that I ordered. I returned one item from the orders, the circle back to me bodysuit because it was too difficult for me to put on. I promptly returned the item and my account was quickly reimbursed. I found the fit to be true to size for the underwear and bras that I ordered. I was particularly excited for the $5.00 bras that were on sale. Being 60 years old, gravity has taken its toll on me and the bras provide the boost that I need. I love the way the girls look in them. The schoolgirl costumes are fun and provided the reaction I was looking for from my husband. Same with the football fantasy costume. The vixen wet look teddy is super hot and awesome and provided an amazing reaction. Retirement is getting better and better for me and my husband thanks to Yandy! Place an order you and your significant other will be happy that you did. Add some spice to your life with Yandy!
Great, returns are common sense

My lingerie came apart from the seam. I called customer service. They will not replace it because I wore it and washed it. Do not buy anything from them if they’re not gonna stand behind their product.

Refuse to refund for eligible items
Terrible quality and return policy isn't clear. The link they have provided for their return policy here doesn't work. I needed to return two items, which are eligible for return BUT ONLY for store credit. I wasn't aware that they wouldn't refund my money to original form of payment. They told me that they do not refund for an item that "doesn't fit", "low quality", and many other reasons.

I see the company updated their return policy as of June 1st 2023 and it has been posted, which I was unable to see at the time of my purchase or the time I decided to return my items. No link to return policy was working at the time.
Anyway now it's official, they do not give you money back to your original form of payment. Be aware if you decide to return items, you will only get store credit.

Poor service Yandy
I have bought from Yandy a few times, however I ordered US$125 worth of goods in July and it was lost in transit. I had to do all the calls to be told by their shipping company that they were lost. Yandy agreed to resend. Now it’s December and apparently the order is to old and they refunded me US$10. Clearly theft.
I ordered some other goods in August and they never left Yandy. I received confirmation of purchase but no delivery details.
Now Yandy is trying to blame my postal address. Same post office Box for over 20 years. Get deliveries all the time.
If one delivery is lost in transit and one never leaves Yandy, clearly not my fault or anything to do with the postal address.
I have sent evidence from the delivery company admitting that they lost the goods, however Yandy paid me back $10 from the $125 I spent.
Be very careful purchasing from Yandy.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. The most disgusting company I ever dealt with. I wish I read the trust pilot reviews because ALL their reviews are fake on their website and they only will post the review if its 5 stars and above because I tried to leave a review and it never posted, it was cordial and critical. Guess they can't take feedback or accountability?! Their customer service is a JOKE. They will do anything to not give your money back and throw you in for a loop. They gave me and still are giving me the run around for my money. It all started when I ordered a Halloween costumer from their website. It didn't fit, too loose and material was like a trash bag. I tried to get a refund but all Halloween costumes ordered in October only qualify for store credit. BUMMER right? Sure, but I might as well get some use of my money I spent. So I ordered lingerie items on November 7th. I received 1 item a week after that date. Then I received another piece on the 24th. I was still missing the third Item. I contact them 12/4/22 about this and requested a tracking number or for them to refund it. The agent basically said they will check their inventory to see if its in stock , if not they will refund it. I responded, oh you now just check if my order is in stock, its been practically a month at that point just refund me for that item. They refuse and give me a tracking number on the 5th. Its 12/6/22 and the item says delivered to my city but didn't show my full address and says it got delivered to a locker. I ALWAYS get a text and email if something is ever delivered to a locker, so I checked my mailbox, nothing. Also pretty skeptical how the manage to "ship"the item out and "deliver" it in less than 24 hours. This is just a storefront to sell cheap items from other brands and mark up the prices ridiculously high and the material you get is trash. They need to be shutdown. Please stay away from them. They are predatory and will try to rob you in every way possible. I will be reporting them to the BBB and suggest you do the same if you have an awful experience.

I rarely write reviews, however do not want anybody else to go through what I did. Partner selected items for special occasion, I ordered them. After initial confirmation, a week later, no other information received. After calling, the representative said two of three items would be received shortly, and the third item would be overnighted. As it was a special occasion plans were changed so that the items could be received. No overnighted item shipped or received. In total, after seven phone calls, a tracking order with the already received items was then sent. The unreceived item was then out of stock and they cannot/would not back order it. I was told that if I responded to their emails they would respond right away, but the person did not respond in any timely way, then rather than solving the matter, instead noting It was within the 10-day delivery window, which had already been discussed with the representative. No third item. In the final calls initiated on my part due to unclear if not incorrect communication, through great stress and strain, a gift certificate and partial refund was issued. Thus, special occasion ruined, key item not received, only gift certificate and partial refund and received. Why would we want to use the gift certificate when we didn't receive the full order in the first place and they would not back order it? I have rarely encountered such a combination of incompetence and belligerence. Please order at your own risk.

When you write them an email describing an issue they send you a "copy paste" response that does not address the issue at hand. They will take your money and keep your contact information and continue bombarding you with marketing EVEN WHEN YOU UNSUBSCRIBE AND TELL THEM TO STOP. Company has NO ETHICS, MORALS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolute garbage company do not give them a penny of your hard earned dollars.
Scam company that never answers phones or emails
Scam company! Paid for expedited shipping and order never arrived. Still waiting two and half weeks after expected delivery date. Will not answer phones and will not respond to emails.
Poor quality, no communication unless you go looking for it
First off, I placed an order, it said 3-10 days for shipping. 7 days later there still was nothing pending, so I finally called them. They claimed to be back logged and shipped it on the 10th day, I received it 2 days later. It's really unfortunate that Yandy is basically a resale shop that doesn't produce their own products. Every single item is labeled something other than Yandy, with a Yandy sticker on top of it. The quality is low, cheaply made Chinese stuff that has a chemical smell to it, the colors don't match the pictures at all, other than the items that were black. I can buy the same items far cheaper on eBay if I wanted to go that route. I feel robbed.
Stay away of this Scam company
I made 2 purchases within 15min of each other because I realized there was a prettier costume. When Intried canceling the first one I purchased they had said they couldnt do so but the next day they canceled the other costume (the one I actually wanted) because they didnt have it in stock. I went ahead and reached out. Keep in mind phones were down, inly contact via email and horrible customer service. When I request everything to be canceled Rep said it all was. Multiple emails later. Next day I see the one costume that was supposedly canceled had been shipped. For my doubts I reached out once more they gave me an excuse once shipped it couldn’t be canceled after explaining that I had requested cancelation way before the actual shipped and shared multiple emails the rude rep said just reject when receive then you will get your refund. Returned costume and 4 days later still waiting for refund when I call (finally long hold but phones work) was told I would get a refund. Sure costume cost $61 and they gave me $51 not even what the actual costume cost. I would steer as far as you can from this site. A bunch of scam.

If i could give them negative stars i definitely would! not only is it impossible to reach customer service, it’s impossible to get your order or any information about it l for that matter. i ordered Halloween costume from them about a month ago still haven’t seen it. They emailed me and said that they were going to refund me because they couldn’t fill my order and they refunded me 20 bucks. I paid over $200 for my order still haven’t seen my order still haven’t seen even the $20 refund let alone the original amount refund can’t get a hold of anybody when I called it hangs up on me because the call volumes are too high. When I try to email them I never hear back from anybody there a joke to work with their joke to buy from. They do not fill their orders. They do not help their customers whatsoever . It’s a joke do not buy from them.
Worst experience ever! I’m fuming
This company deserve 0 stars and I wish I would have read the reviews before spending my money. So I purchased a Halloween costume for my husband through this company but unfortunately with their shipping process the item wouldn’t be delivered in time. So I called for 2 days to speak with a rep about my options (No response just an automated voice saying no one is available even during the correct business hours). Then I send 2 emails to be told that I can’t cancel an item before it’s processed, shipped and delivered. They only reimburse you for the item and not the shipping charges…….so why the hell can’t I cancel an item before it leaves the warehouse???? This company is a scam!

I would rate 0 stars if I could. This is a fraudulent company. A COMPLETE SCAM! The 5 star ratings must be fake because I have placed an order, that was just a Halloween costume. I was calling to ask about my order number and the phone was just ringing then I was left with having the leave a voicemail. After leaving 5 emails, and over 20 phone calls during their “daily hours” I am left with NO RESPONSE. They take your money. DO NOT SPEND A DIME ON THIS SITE. I get businesses get backed up, but businesses are all about communication. And this company surely does NOT communicate with you, and they steal your money. Truly disgusting.I’m still waiting for my refund.
