"In business for more than 50 years, the name Yapp is now synonymous with high-quality regional French wines, buoyed by a philosophy of focusing on 'best in class' wines from often under-championed regions. In more recent years, that philosophy has extended to wines from Australia, Spain, Germany, South Africa and Argentina as the merchant continues to expand its range." Top marks!
Nice selection and customer servce from Yapp. But they unfortunately use APC as a delivery partner, and this is wholly unreliable. That said, when there was an issue they resolved it and got a separate courier to step in.
Dreadful Customer Experience
I would have been satisfied with Yapp Bros reply to my initial review had the delivery been made today as I was assured it would be. However, this morning I received a message from APC stating the delivery would not be made until tomorrow. This company are totally unprofessional and operate like a bunch of amateurs. They couldn't organise a drinks party in a brewery.

Very disappointed
I bought Quincy and Muscadet sur lie. Both wines I absolutely love. I am really sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with them both. I can get both wines that are delicious when dining at restaurants. Why can’t I buy good wine at home?! It’s very tiresome. I hoped Yapp brothers might work for me. Sadly they didn’t.

Great french wine - great service
Yapp Brothers are a great little company. I first found out about them from magazine reviews, then saw their name pop up from time to time, always with great reviews. Gave them a try on one of their mixed cases of wine, and was completely hooked. If you want french wine, don't even think about going anywhere else - especially not the supermarkets... I'm lucky enough to live within reasonable distance of their shop in Wiltshire - rated by the Times as one of the top 10 in the country, apparently, and easy to see why if you pop in. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed!
