Do not deal with this store
Went in the store in Crwys Road Cardiff today to take back 3 items, 2 p.e. tops & a fleece as my son has changed schools. They are brand new in their bags but the "wonderfull" owner tells me that he won't exchange them or give the money back as we haven't got the receipt & it would cause his purchasing schedule to be knocked out as he orders over 20,000 items a year! lol! How he kept a straight face while telling me this I do not know. Do not use this company !!

Order my son a jumper a week ago size 12 -13 years the lady explained to me that at that size it is classed as a size small mens I said thats fine went to pick it up was wrong size was size 11-12 years not what I ordered at all & because I had his name put on it they wouldnt give me a refund or a jumper there attitude in there was disgusting not a good way to treat customers at all not very happy they told me to just go buy another jumper I dont see why I have to it was not my mistake now my son hasnt got a jumper for school thanks to them I didnt even get an apology from the staff they were very rude & need to be customer service trained it is total carnage in there they repeat your order back to you & yet still get it all wrong !!!
