Never again

I ordered and Received Oakley sunglases. They looked ok but After three Month layers of the Lense came Off.
I even havent used them Daily as i have 6 Different quality sunglases.
On non of them i ever had any Problems.
I have Sent a Couple of Emails to claim the warranty but no reply.
I phoned them and been Told to make the claim Directly to Oakley USA.
Its a joke i bought them from an Indian Company and they take no responsibility.
Never again if you Order online use amazon at least they have a Stricter Policy on claims

Very worst experience dealing with shopping site yebhi.com

I ordered a formal shoe on 25/07/2014 by online shopping website Yebhi, (My order number: YBH5715363) and received the item through speed post (AWB: EH586908068IN) on 05/08/2014. As you all know Speed Post man came and delivered the item and rushed to get my sign. After he had left I opened the box and shocked to see that there were only waste papers but no shoes. I contacted the Yebhi Customer care through phone and mail many times; they asked me to wait for two weeks for any confirmation. After all this I called them last day, the Customer care executive said that, they have send the Item and are not responsible for the delivery of item, so no need to call us again. They suggest me if I have any complaint go to court. The behavior of their representative was embarrassing. I am one of the victims ; I paid the full amount but lost. So from my real experience, I strongly warning you “Never purchase anything from this shopping site"

Worst customer support and quality of products

I usually shop online a lot, and I have to say Yebhi has been worst. I bought 2 products, one was never shipped even after 15 days and eventually I canceled it and got refund. Second was such a bad quality that after just one wash, the garment became like a washcloth. And both were expensive ones.

If you want to save your money then please don't buy from there. Even their support takes ages to respond.

Worst ever!!!

I dont know what they are up to, they are enjoying the non-strict rule in india. if they were in US they wouldn't have shut down in days but would have sued by many. I had to select a start because there is, i wish some minus star rating should be available when thinking of yebhi. they did not dispatch an order even after the promised period, and its been 11 days and it still shows in process. calling/mailing cust care never helps. Shameless bunch of crap!

Worst cust care ever

I am frequent online shopper and Yebhi has been my worst online shopping experience ever.

I ordered something from their site. The address was wrong so the cust care asked me cancel and reorder.
I did as they said.... They not sent me the canceled order but the new order as well... On top of that... these orders were supposed to go to Mumbai... instead... they sent it to bangalore....

Cherry on top was there cust care's attitude... they refused to take any responsibility of the orders being wrongly delivered.... and stop responding to my complaints.....

After having seen good service from companies like Jabong and Flipkart, this kind of behaviour seems unacceptable....

I am never going to buy from Yebhi again.... and if u intend to buy.... please dont have any expectation from their cust care if something goes wrong...

Really pathetic....

One of the worst Online shopping Site

If I would have options for negative stars I would have given to them. Just attractive offers are there but their service is pathetic...I have purchased 4nos. of Tshirts & they just delivering one number.Its already 6days & yet to receive the dispatched one...when I asked their customer care about other three then they say like Others are not in stock & will try to deliver in next 10 days.R u kidding me? This kind of service you provide.

I made mistake buying from Yebhi.com so please do not purchase anything from yebhi.com

My order no is YBH5254109 I had received my order of Joe Black White Unisex - Aviator Sunglasses on 28 Feb through Aramex via AWB No. 40301373280
My mom had collected the order as I was out of town and after coming back on the next day of receiving the order I saw the product which is defected and has numbers of scratches which I want to return and immediately I had called on Yebhi Toll free no 01243373400 and they instructed me to email their support team with the product pictures on support@yebhi.com which I did instantly and still following up but till now I didn’t received and reply nether any call regarding the product exchange. Attached pics are the proof of it

Ridiculous website

I am a frequent online shopper and Yebhi.com is probably the worst online shopping website I've come across. If you want to buy an Indian brand, go ahead. However, if you're interested in buying from any non-Indian brand (which is usually the only good stuff) from this website, good luck. The site has absolutely no control over what is being listed. About 50% of their apparel portal is made up of products that they CANNOT deliver. What's worse is they often do not notify you at all or just send you a mail saying there's a delay. Then you can keep waiting for a product that never arrives. Call customer care and it'll take ages for someone to answer the phone. Finally they'll apologize saying they cannot deliver it. What a waste of time and energy! If you REALLY want something, go ahead and take the risk but I recommend the Cash on Delivery option so at least your money will be safe. It's surprising that there aren't any laws governing this kind of incompetence. Going to post this review on other sites now too.

dont go for yebhi

I am giving one star because I have to select it.

don't buy any thing from yebhi.
customer care executive not provide right information about the product.
they have always say wait for 24 hours but you will not get the starting time of the time.
1.customer will fed-up with customer care executive.
2. you buy the product if you have lot of time for product
I will not suggest any body to buy any product from yebhi
they have to open it in US so that company will close in few days. they can run this kind of company in india only because there no strict rules for that

Pretty horrible delivery and so is the customer service.

The delivery is pretty horrible at the store and so is the customer service. For a product they claim to deliver in 3-5 days, they take more than 15-20 days in reality and sometimes no delivery. Also, the customer service is embarrassing, to say the least. Even if you are not concerned with the time they take to deliver your products, the quality of products like watches, accessories for women etc are very poor. God save you, though, if you wish to return your item.

In my case first they provided a very low quality watch which stopped working the same day. I returned it and after few weeks later i order other products for the amount refunded online on site. I got only 2/3 products delivered and got a sorry mail after a month that your order is cancelled and money is refunded. Now i am forced to buy products as my money is still there. They are not refunding.

If i buy products around the wallet money i have to pay 150 more for shipping. If i order more items i doubt they will deliver this time too and again i have to be in this same loop.

I am really stuck. Strongly advise everyone to not use this site. There are many more.

Yebhi.com is a Definite No No!!

I used this website Yebhi.com for the very first time to order a cutlery set and it got delivered to me in a completely damaged and shoddy condition. The item looks so cheap that I wouldn’t even give it to a ragpicker!! When I checked the company website it said that they have a 30 days return policy. But on calling them I was told that if the item is damaged I need to inform them within 24 hours of receipt of the item! I have never encountered a more laudable situation!! This is a classic case of how these online companies take customers for a ride. This is not the first time I have used an online portal to order items but this definitely the first time I have gotten so horribly duped. Please be very cautious when ordering from Yebhi.com. The website owners are a bunch of thieves!!

Frauds!! Greedy!! Arrogant!! Unethical!!

I made a mistake of not trusting my instincts, and not reading the reviews. Yebhi are a bunch of greedy smartass thugs. I ordered an item worth Rs 12000 in my first shopping, as per their promotional add i was expecting a 500 cash back on purchase of 1500 and above, they only gave 450 because i cancelled on item which made my purchase a totall of 11000. As the item was a sample to me and it was taking them forever to deliver and in the meanwhile that item also when outof stock. I made even a bigger blunder of trusting them again!!!! Can you believe my stupidit. I ordered 6000 worth item, they sent one item to me and cancelled rest of the order from their side and said that they will not return me cash, and I will have store credit only. They are forcing me to make purchases. I just hope they drown without a trace. I guess I was riding high on trust factor as I have exceptionally good experience with flipkart. Simply put , Yebhi.com is a sham to loot people. Yebhi.com is an mockery to online retail. It services are bad, delivery timlines suck, its customer executives are arrogrant and incompetent.

Not bad service

I ordered a bag from yebhi on march 28 and received it on march 30 .
Gurgaon to kerala on fedex courrier, that was fast service. Will buy from them again. Better than flipkart.

The earlier version of Yebhi was much better

Yebhi provides nice  products at nice price but usually 2010 mfd products i.e. old stock of apparels.They provide coupons that cannot be applied easily.You have to open individual product at individual page and then have to see whether the promo code can be applied on it or not.They also don't display any size info of the apparels as far as we don't open any individual page of the apparel.The site is very difficult to access.
They don't care about their customer's time.
One more worst thing about yebhi is that they remove the reviews about a bad product which a genuine user enters about it and only accepts the good reviews.So, it is one of the worst thing I ever experienced by some of the Indian Online Shopping sites whereas Amazon accepts all types of reviews.

Worst Online Experience i ever had

Worst ever service i had faced in online shopping.
i placed order BSB161276 for 3 Units in which i had received only 2 and when i asked for refund you had given a cheque which was bogus.
ICICI bank people had said like there was nobody with name SURESH KUMAR which has signed as.
cheque NO 002941 dated 27-09-2010 and amount is 357.80
Definitely will try to escalate to cyber police for this kind on online fraud.....
