I had an excellent experience with Yechen! The quality of their service was outstanding, but what really set them apart was their customer support. Cindy was absolutely amazing…friendly, professional, and wonderfully communicative throughout the entire process. She kept me updated every step of the way and made sure all of my questions were answered promptly. It’s rare to find customer service this attentive these days. The tv console we ordered not very sturdy. The whole thing is made from thin low quality materials. The inside shelves bow with the slightest amount of weight.

The console cabinet was listed as having soft close doors, which it doesn’t. The top piece came with a small dent.

We kept the item and got a 60% refund. This was better than the hassle for returning.
Their customer service was decent. Ordered from Amazon instead of directly from their site.
Disappointed with product quality.

I bought a 4 piece with 2 ottomans and a Buffett. Was delivered in 4 days only to my door . The couch is super comfortable and let proved (I have one dog and one cat )
The Buffett looks good and it was easy to put together. I will buy again .

Got a much better deal by buying directly on their site versus on Amazon or wayfair. I also got my frame really quick via fedex. The instructions could be more detailed but I was able to manage just fine and my new bed is really nice. I would order with them again!

I could not be more obsessed with my new rattan bed frame. Sharing a room with my one year old can get stressful with not having room for my clothes. The drawers that come with this bed frame have the perfect amount of storage and not only that, they hook onto the bedframe which makes it easier for my toddler to not open them and throw everything out. It's the perfect queen sized bed. Not too low to the ground and not too high. If i could recommend this bed to anyone, i would said get it. You won't regret it. I'll be purchasing more furniture from this brand!
