Good Holiday had by the family.
First time in Turkey and was not disappointed, The hotel was exactly what we were expecting, as it wasn't the most expensive holiday out there.....food was good, plenty of choice and live cooking area delivered good fresh food.

The best hotel in Turkey!! The staff really make this hotel, Gizmo and Gadget were incredible entertainers, so funny. The staff make you feel like a family, it really is amazing. The food was very good, I’m a picky eater so I didn’t try a lot of it but there was always a plain option like chips, rice, and pasta. There were delicious pancakes at breakfast, and even if you didn’t like anything at lunch, there’s a snack bar at 3, which has pizza, burgers, nuggets, jacket potatoes etc. the hotel was also very clean, fresh towels, clean surfaces etc. the reception staff were very helpful and helped us with our luggage on arrival and on checkout. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully soon! It really has the most amazing staff.

Previous to 2017 had stayed at this hotel 4 times, each year we thoroughly enjoyed it, so 6years down the line decided to bring my 4 year old to show her how nice the place was when I used to visit how wrong was we to think this was a gud idea, we arrived at 2am the porter boy was fantastic really helpful and approachable. On the 2nd night we asked to change rooms as there was 3 young girls who were inconsiderate after being asked to quieten down a bit at 1am, the same porter from previous kindly asked them to, had to pressure reception to move us rooms, eventually got moved.
During our time we used the restaurant the food was disgusting my 4 year old only had cucumber and biscuits most days, the head of restaurant staff was really nice, shame the restaurant manager was a pig towards my daughter as she is a big girl throwing out hurtful remarks about how much she eats on 3 occasions, in the end I got angry that he actually came to find us and apologise we accepted but did not eat in there no more, the bar staff were rude wait 2 b served if turkish person came along they ignore me to serve them, the hotel has turnt into a club 18-30's full of little drunks wearing barely any clothes who think they in ibiza, the hotel used to b a lovely quiet family one. The young duty manager on reception is arrogant. No kettle in the room, bathroom shower door broke.
Will NEVER visit again, the Turkish people and English were so horrible towards my daughter constantly starring and pointing which is dam right rude, this included staff. How do rude arrogant people think this effects people's mental health. We actually cut our holiday short by 2 days soo sad.
