Over the past few years, YEMA has made significant investments aimed at insourcing a good part of its production and constantly improving the quality of its manufacturing processes by using new equipment as well as expanding and modernising its workshops and production lines. YEMA now works with new local French & Swiss partners, within a 72 km radius of Morteau, to secure a more responsible and higher quality production.

I have had two watches from the brand.
Watches are beautiful, well finished, good value for money.
Customer is easy to join through the website.
They always try their best to help you.
I had a crown issue on one of the watches and it was taken under warranty smoothly : all fees at their charge and done in about a month.
Highly recommended.

Terrific watch and customer support!
Recently purchased my first Yema watch, and I am very happy with the watch as well as the customer support.
I ordered the watch in 41mm but then decided that a 39mm would be right for me - reached out to customer support via the live chat on the website and since the watch was not yet shipped, the order was quickly changed (within 10 mins) and the 39mm shipped instead.

An ode to good taste.
A beautiful watch. I’m no expert, but the quality feels far beyond the €1,000 price point. The packaging was excellent, and the watch arrived extremely well protected — clearly handled by professionals. I’ve been wearing it for several days now, and it performs exceptionally well, with impressive accuracy. As for the design, in my view, this is a truly unique timepiece: elegant, contemporary, and full of character — an ode to good taste. I couldn’t be happier.

I wish to apologize for the issue you encountered with the delivery of your watch.
We fully understand how frustrating this situation must have been and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We see that a claim has already been made to UPS in regards to the delivery of your watch and they have launched an investigation in order to find the package. This process will usually take up to 2 weeks maximum and we will get a definitive answer after that period.
On my end, I am following up closely with UPS and will make sure that in the case of a confirmation of lost of the package from them, a replacement is sent as soon as possible.
I would also like to point out that we have unfortunately not received any form of communication from you, whether by email or via our 24/7 online chat support, in regards to this claim.
As a reminder, and to ensure we can assist all our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible, our only official support channel is our 24/7 online chat available directly on yema.com. Marvelous!!
Every aspect of purchase and ownership executed flawlessly. I purchased the new limited bronze Superman with the blue dial. It is a gorgeous piece, beautifully realized and finished. Even more to my liking, it is exceptionally accurate- gaining less than 10 seconds in over three days. Finally, the watch is a real aesthetic achievement—the nuance of the dial, the sandwich hour indicators, excellent lume, perfectly paired strap. As a collector, this watch knocked my socks off.
