I cannot recommend Cheryl enough - words will not be able to do justice to the fantastic experience my partner and I had selling our home with Yendor Homes. She is so friendly, approachable & professional. She also offers the most competitive price in the local area as an estate agent and the service you get is absolutely faultless. She goes above and beyond, and was always available to speak with during the whole process. She came out on the first meeting at a time convenient for us, kept us updated about viewings and did the face-to-face viewings of our house at no extra cost. Her advertising of our house on social media and online was brilliant! She managed to sell our home in one day after going on the market, obtaining a significant price over the home report. The whole process was stress-free with Cheryl’s guidance.

Cheryl look after my 2 flats in cumbernauld ,she found my tenants in no time ,look very well after them,keep me up to date to all necessary safety requirements and obligation by law ,her montly charges are the best ,sold one flat through her in no time ,her prices are the best in town ,basicaly you are saving money going with Cheryl .

First thing to note about Yendor Homes is the incredible value for money when selling your home like we did. There are no hidden fees or upfront costs. No percentage that could change depending on the value of the property. In comparison to the other estate agents we had enquired with, Yender were very friendly and relaxed. Not pushy in any way and genuinely felt like they cared about us and our home. What made us very comfortable was how knowledgeable they are and we really appreciated their advice through the whole process and even their aftercare.
They were very friendly and approachable at all times. As you can imagine this was a nervous time for us but they were constantly available for our numerous questions and it was never an issue. The end result was a classy brochure and video on multiple social media platforms that we couldn’t quite believe was our house (even the drone for aerial shot).
They arranged everything for us so that it was hassle free. To say they exceeded our expectation would be an understatement.
Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Outstanding. We went to view a flat that Cheryl was selling we didn't get the flat but we did get a friend and is now our letting agent . Cheryl at Yendorhomes provided a very professional service, she dealt with every aspect of the home selling process from arranging home report, marketing and dealing with viewings. Cherly walked you through the valuation and provided an honest view of achievable selling price. Feedback was provided at every juncture, Cherly truly provided a personal service which can be lacking in larger national organisations.
