Cheaper furniture is generally made with mdf and can easily get smashed in transit. I've bought from Yesfurniture on four separate occasions and they've always been friendly, on time, and careful to deliver furniture undamaged. I might just have bad luck, but when I order furniture from amazon half the time I have to ship it back do to damage.
I personally choose reliability over 2 day shipping for furniture.
